1st time: A week after opening. Show up 20 minutes after I put my mobile order in, have to wait another 20 in the drive thru. For what reason, I have no idea. Crunchwraps/Tacos were very soggy so I don’t think anything was fresh/remade. Ok fine new location & team getting their bearings.
2nd, many months after opening: Put 2 orders in one right after the other, show up 15 min later. 2nd order ready first, then I have to wait 15 min again for the 1st order. Dragonfruit freezes available in app but never at location.
3rd, week after previous: In a rush, but my fault for trying again. 2 orders, show up 15 min later. They direct me to window, give me substitute drinks because they don’t have what I wanted, then tell me I have to come inside…I go inside for the first time literally 30 seconds later. Like 12 ppl working, several standing doing nothing. They give me my order immediately, which was on the counter the whole time???? So why did I come inside??? Leave, feast — hair in food. Deep in taco. None of the sauces I wanted. They also very much messed up the order of the person before me, who called to ask them to remake the order 20 min ago. Who she spoke with ln the phone I do not know bc they did not have her order remade and no one knew what she was talking about: “So….what, you want me to make it again?”
I don’t like to get mad at fast food workers but this has to be a combination of egregious management, strange mobile order system, and most likely a money laundering scheme. I’d understand if it was busy, but every time I’ve picked up an order or driven by it is completely empty, or maybe 1-2 cars in drive thru. Do not bother.
I got a 5 layer burrito the last 2 times I went here and both times the burrito was overflowing with ingredients to the point where the whole thing fell apart as I was eating it. It just paints a picture of people who don’t care about their product and employees who are ignorant of policy and procedure. Whether they’re intentionally doing it or not idk.
Last example: I went to get a small pick up order (less than $25 nothing huge) and I waited for 25 minutes, come to find out as I’m standing there that the employees decided to ignore pick up orders and only focus on drive through orders. The manager was upset when they found out and apologized to me in the form of 2 free taco slips lol, as if I want to continue going here when they’re this screwed up.
Oh and the last time I went, they shoved 6 items into a small combo box meant for 2.5 items lol. Instead of giving me a paper bag or plastic bag, the employee just shoved it all into this one combo box that wouldn’t close after that. Oh you wanted to grab a few sauces and toss them into your bag? Sorry. The guy was kinda rude about it too, he asked me what drink I got and pointed to a literal growing pile of drinks on the counter, and I said I got sprite or whatever and he just shoves it over to me. He wouldn’t even bother to read the receipt or ticket to see what it was…. They just don’t care here at all about your experience as a customer. It’s like they have disdain for your presence.
But Tonight (Dec 05 2025) I decided to try again at ~11:40 pm. I drove over – same order in mind: one crunchwrap supreme entree. I arrive and am asked if I have a pre-order / club member thing. No I don’t. “Sorry, our system is down we can only take phone pre orders”. I ask if they’re serious and they confirm. They can’t take any order through the window, they can only do app orders. I’m losing it in my mind at this point but there’s no reason to argue or take out frustration on an employee just doing what they’re told so I leave empty handed. AGAIN.
So okay, glenville taco bell. You win. I won’t eat here.
