The 2 workers just standing around while the 3rd looked like she never made a sub. Made both orders wrong. Didn’t cook the bacon or use the correct bread on my wife’s sub and my sub was also on the wrong bread and didn’t have multiple things I ordered on it… ignorance at its best. Worst subway in the area. If I could give less stars I would!

Just went into subway at 1600 cedar st I ordered a medium drink and wanted Dr.pepper which it was out asked the kid working if he could change it for me he must have been new cause he said he didn’t know how then he asked the girl that was working with him and she said I can’t that’s a morning persons job when honestly there is no specific shift that changes it if it runs out on your shift change it just very bad customer service will not be retuning to that store again

I went to order one of my subs. I couldn’t even eat it. It was so soggy and falling apart after not even 5 minutes of having it. I would not recommend this place. If I could rate it 0 stars. I would.

I love subway, but this subway. Everytime I go to this one, all I hear is complaining from the staff. I ask about a certain meat, they’re out of it, so the employee began barating the delivery driver who brings them the food. I’ll ask them to wrap a footlong into two separate wraps, and their mood just shifts to annoyed (they could just tell me no). Or, just complaining about anything in front of customers, it’s just unprofessional. I repeat “I love Subway” but this Subway”

More expensive. Suddenly charging a bottle deposit taxable amount of $5.44 and .10 cent bottle deposit for 2 sodas! Plus a tip! Its a rip off. Ask first!! Later: we stopped going there, more expensive than another one in same town, tried to over charge me so I’m done at this one.

They apparently don’t know how to answer a phone. Kind of sick of calling back to back to back to finally get somebody on the phone. Rings all the way through multiple times. They have multiple teenage kids working and none of them actually work. Three sit in the back while one works the counter.

If it’s the one in South plaza I suggest you go into town more. Over one worker. She’s nice to your face, but as soon as you walk out she does and will make rude comments about you to her co-workers. Usually they give me a price break due to my order, not her. She’s far to selfish and mean to really try to make sure you had at least a good experience while ordering. I love subway and most of them do go out of the way to make sure you are respected and treated fairly. But she’s obviously too perfect to respect the customers that she serves. So please if your having a bad day, do not go here. She will make it worse.

I ordered in the app. It took me a while to figure out how to customize the subs but once I did it was easy. I paid online with a gift card and that went smoothly. My order was ready exactly when they said. I walked into the store and my order was waiting for me on the shelf. In and out in under 30 seconds. My husband tried the BMT unbready bowl since he is diabetic. He loved it. My BMT melt was delish.
