Upon entering the establishment, I was immediately struck by its cleanliness and organization. The absence of a line made for a swift and efficient ordering process. While the speed of service at a fast-food restaurant is generally appreciated, the interaction with the manager left a negative impression.
The manager’s demeanor came across as rushed and unprofessional. While I understand the need for efficiency, it should not come at the expense of courtesy. A customer’s money entitles them to respectful treatment, not a sense of being an inconvenience. This experience was disappointing, as it tarnished what would have otherwise been a seamless visit.
I hope that management will address this issue, emphasizing the importance of professionalism to their staff. A simple, polite interaction goes a long way, and while smiling isn’t a requirement, a basic level of respectful engagement should be a fundamental expectation for all employees.

The issue with this franchise that I have been noticing is the inconsistency in how it is being run. I have been coming to this Chipotle for a while, and the experience is completely dependent on which employee is working. When you get someone who is properly trained and takes pride in their work, the service is excellent. When you get someone who does not follow company standards, the experience is poor.

At these prices, customers should not have to worry about receiving incorrect portions or subpar service. As a former store manager from when Chipotle truly upheld its operational standards, I understand what the expectations are. The difference is noticeable. It is disappointing to see the lack of consistency and attention to brand standards that once defined the company.

By the way your location is not the only one but it’s being noticeable almost all n every chipotle.

Ordered a bowl and a salad for dinner. Both were missing ingredients. My wife’s had no rice, no veggies, a few pieces of chicken and very little lettuce. Mine had multiple missing ingredients as well. Not what we expect from chipotle.

I should have read the reviews. They fast! But it’s seems like an overly busy chipotle and it has a drive through so I’m assuming things are made quick speed and some of the things are not made properly

The veggies are raw and not cooked and large chunks. I just ate half of the bottom of the bell pepper was my bowl lol

They are missing prices on their menu. Asked a simple question to 2 employees and could not get an answer. Tried several ways to ask a price and they keep evading. Why? Provide better customer service.

This is what my burrito and my bowl with DOUBLE protien looks like, for over 25$ i got close to nothing. I have never been ripped off this hard by a Chipotle before and i will never come here again. They didnt even give me a fork

Im not one to complain. But finding a long hair in your bowl as youre ready to eat it at your rest stop is just disgusting.
I love eating chipotle but when you go back and all they say is “im sorry” and charge you for your next bowl is poor customer service
For a regular that comes to this location , think ill go elsewhere
