The food and smoothies are always perfect. I had one small mistake on a side item after being a loyal customer for years – the staff immediately and graciously resolved it. The owner really knows what he’s doing and his staff follows suit. Very neighborly and kind, the restaurant is also always clean.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location since it opened, but my recent experience with these new employees was deeply disappointing. When I called about an error with my chicken pesto order, the staff was dismissive and unprofessional, refusing to take my concern seriously until I came in person. This lack of trust and poor customer service is unacceptable and not what I’ve come to expect from your establishment. I’m extremely disappointed and, unfortunately, will not be returning unless significant changes are made to ensure better customer care.

I loved the smoothies, they are so good. Since Jamba Juice left the area we needed this place! And no dairy! My wrap wasn’t cut in half, so I had to cut it, it was ok, kinda plain but not terrible.
They have many healthy options on the menu.

I went into Tropical Smoothie Cafe this morning for the first time. I ordered the peanut butter with pea protein smoothie. It tasted great. I was a little surprised by the cost – about $8 after tax. The service was very professional, quick and friendly. The inside has nice and clean seating with some large and colorful beachy/tropical photos.

I stopped by this tropical smoothie spot on a busy afternoon, and I was seriously impressed! The service was incredibly quick—my smoothie was ready in no time, and it was perfect. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience super easy. You can tell they’re organized and care about getting people in and out without sacrificing quality. Plus, the smoothie was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I needed to recharge. If you’re looking for a fast, refreshing pick-me-up, this is the place to go! Highly recommend!

Fabiola was amazing (server listed on receipt)! Even though she was clearly busy, she took my order quickly and efficiently. She made sure to ask which side I wanted and listed all the chip options for my chicken pesto—something most Tropical Smoothie locations skip if I forget to specify. I stepped away briefly to wash my hands, and by the time I came back, my order was ready and waiting with her to make sure I got it right away!

I love this place. Its impeccably clean. Everyone is ALWAYS smiling! My goto is the Watermelon Mojito w/Fat Burner Shot or the Chicken Asian Wrap. I say go here instead of a commercialized Ice Cream joint.
