The pistachio ice cream was mix with some other ice cream flavor and ruined the pistachio flavor… I ask to get swap and they deny it. The guy providing services was rude and was no open to help

This is my favorite Michocana I’ve been to. Everyone is always so sweet to me, very fast and neat. I appreciate their work so much they always have a good attitude and are very nice they really take their time to make everyone feel comfortable while being super fast with orders. This guy named Murf is very funny and a good boss I can tell his workers appreciate him.

Today I got a Bubble Gum Raspado. ($4.06) That was awful. The people inside were very nice. They let me switch it out for something of equal value. I decided to get a corn ($3.80). I got it with mayo, cheese, and butter. That was tasty. I have been here before for ice-cream and popsicles which were awesome. Those are great! As for their raspado game… not so much. I’ve tried their vanilla raspado and that wasn’t tasty either. If you come stick to popsicles and the ice-cream.

NO A/C, NO RESTROOMS for customers, no hand sanitizer or a way to wash hands. They charge for condiments and things you would expect to be free. Snacks are MEH! (Mayo instead of Mexican cream ) BEWARE of the 81 cents for the CREDIT CARD FEE and the TAX over the same fee (not a percent, one fee per receipt) So even if you buy a small ice cream scoop $3.50 you will pay $4.60 (18% credit card surcharge). The girls that work there are nice though.

This is my new ice cream spot! I love the flavors they offer and they’re all made there, my fave is mazapan and coffee. The corn can’t be beat either, good portion for the price. The aguas frescas are delicious and too many more items to mention. Plus every time I go the workers are always great, always friendly and helpful.

So this place does awesome fruits trays for parties, they cut up the fruit is little spears. The only issue is their phone number won’t work. Since May you have to go into the store to order.

I’ve been meaning to review this spot. After visiting several of these chains, I must say they’re not all created equally. This specific spot would be mine and my son’s favorite. They definitely offer a variety of flavors and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Other spots seem sloppy and careless compared to this location. Definitely would recommend this place. Wouldn’t recommend a specific item, just try something new each time you go. You won’t regret it.
