This is the subway to go to. The management is great. The quality of their prep work is so good. Everything looks appetizing rather than just tossed in the line with out care. The bread is soft and fresh and this is probably the only subway ive been to where they care this much about their job and what they are serving and presenting. Way to go to the team here.

Got 2 sandwiches, rotisserie chicken and Italiano footlong. On both the was barely any of requested condiments. Asked for extra olives and banana peppers and there was Very Little!! These were the Worst sandwiches I’ve gotten at this subway and this is where I always go. PLEASE DANDWICH MAKERS…READ the order and make the sandwiches the way asked. These were Bad!!

Ashley is the best!! She does everything to perfection. I like my sandwich put together a certain way and she makes it just right every time. I go out of my way to come here vs the one down the street on Thornydale because the service is just infinitely better.

Most horrible experience I’ve seen especially for this day & age. I walked out of this store before placing my order due to the rude & prejudice attitude of a young girl to several older customers before myself. She gave the BIGGEST attitude to these older folk over requests for basic things like extra toppings, ect. Kept heavily sighing saying she needed to close (mind you this was 30 minutes before the close time stated on the front door of the store). She acted as if she was so bothered to be working at all, maybe she shouldn’t be in customer service. The sad part is, older people are too afraid to speak up so I’m doing it for them. I had been warned by locals this is a “bad” location but in my traveling I like to try things for myself. This is by far the least progressive chain I’ve ever been to & do not plan on returning. Management should be ashamed for not providing appropriate training of customer service skills to their employees or not checking often enough on them.

Worst experience ever!! so usually the lady that makes my sandwiches are really good including the other staff but today by far worst service I’ve gotten in awhile receiving my sandwich. The new guy they hired doesn’t really know what he’s doing as far as just making a sandwich first off my sandwich wasn’t toasted like I asked it to be with other veggies as well that were supposed to be toasted 2nd he overpilled veggies on my sandwich tbh didn’t even taste like a BLT straight lettuce and 3rd there was lil to no bacon at all maybe 1 strip or from what I could find and 4th he was more worried about asking my GF how she was doing instead of just making the sandwich and doing his job, the way he was supposed to. You are there to make sandwiches not talk to women. Do that on your spare time i understand people can be desperate when it comes to women but your there to work not flirt.

Liz the girl that makes my sandwich quite often is awesome. She’s great at her job and I gotta say her make-up is always on point. I realize that shouldn’t matter at a subway but I always am impressed with her make-up skills. She’s super friendly and I enjoy talking with her. I like this Subway. I mean everyone knows what their sun’s taste like but she makes it just that much better of an experience

Hands down the best Subway experience I’ve ever had. They were friendly, prompt and engaging. Sandwiches were made perfectly and very tasty. I don’t often tip fast food or leave reviews but they absolutely deserve it!
