I love pony, I’m a frequent customer. I don’t drink coffee specifically but I do enjoy the other drinks. I’m pretty upset that I earned all my stamps and the girl this morning would not let me get my free drink as a hot chocolate or hot tea. It HAD to be a coffee drink specifically. I get that the business doesn’t HAVE to give the reward and it is a perk, but I found it odd that I couldn’t replace it with a hot tea or hot chocolate, considering the cost of product is cheaper than a coffee drink..??
Again this place is great, great service, but the rules for the free drinks are arbitrary and weird. Any other coffee place in town allows you to use your free drink on a drink of your choice.

I come to get a drink at least 3x a week, the cashiers know my order before I even have my window down, and rhr young man who makes my drinks, let me tell you, they SLAP every time he makes them!! I will get excited every time hes working, i dont know what kind of coffee pixie dust he has but dang it hes good!!

What an absolute epitome of perfection for YEARS. There is a reason this business started small and has grown big:
Food: Quality made food in a reasonable time frame. I can’t say I’ve ever had anything bad, and I can say 99% of what I have had (since 2015) has been outstanding.
Service: You can tell the staff knows they’re doing awesome. Smiles around, friendly, and helpful. Props to the owner, it’s obvious you’re treating the staff correctly as the experience is consistent.
Bonus points: Pricing! For how gosh darn good everything is the pricing is shocking, in a good way. I was blown back when breakfast AND drinks for my wife, 2 kids, and myself was sub $30 (little over with tip).
TL/DR :: Just wait in line, it goes quick and you WILL NOT be disappointed!

I moved here a couple of months ago and have been trying out different coffee shops, and this one has quickly become a favorite. It’s usually busy, but somehow still the fastest—I never wait in line as long as I expect or have for other places, even when it looks packed.
Their bagel sandwiches are so good, and I was told they even make their own cream cheeses, which is a huge plus. They have a big variety of drinks, and the service is always great—the baristas are very friendly and actually take the time to ask how your day is going, or something along those lines.
Bonus: they add glitter to drinks, which my daughter absolutely loves. Between the great service, the drink options, and the little fun touches like that, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out

If I could give them 0 stars I would. So many issues with this place. Largest size is about 10oz, no liquid sugar, fills the cup half way with ice, adds more cream than coffee. No time to have it remade, didn’t even try it because it looks disgusting. Teach your young staff to make coffee.

Love to go to pony on my treat days. The bagels are the best and the drinks are exceptional. The staff is always nice. I love the lotus drinks and the new cold foam creams! Definitely worth trying!

Posted hours are open until 6pm, so I stopped by their drive thru window at 5:50pm on a road trip from Montana to Utah to caffeinate, and they said they didn’t have any espresso. They offered tea (chai) or “half-brew” which I guess is like drip coffee, so I got a 16oz with a splash of 2% for $1.58 (11/30/2024).
