wow this place is such a great addition to the area. The food is absolutely delicious super fresh and packed with flavor. You can tell a lot of care goes into everything they’re serving.
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming which honestly makes such a difference. You feel taken care of the second you walk in. Portions are solid prices are fair and the quality is top tier.

Food was absolutely delicious, Baja tacos and shrimp tacos were super yummy. The drinks were cold and good, the horchata and cafe de olla coffee were a big hit with my group. The staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be returning soon and often.

Sooooooo good! These are some of the best fish tacos I’ve had — and probably one of the few (if not the only) places with fish tacos in Burbank! The service is great (shoutout to Glory!), and they have an awesome selection of beer from local breweries. Definitely hit this place up!

Amazing!!!! I need to tell everyone to come try this place. The decor and atmosphere are so nice, staff are so friendly! Food came out so fast and is SO SO GOOD!!!! 1 star review because tacos should never be $7-$10 before tax. There’s to many taco stands with señoritas making tortillas by hand seeking the taco for $4 close by. This establishment is for fancy living people who don’t care how they spend money

Amazing food! Each taco has such a unique flavor pallet. The mango habanero fish taco and the miso chicken are our favorites. The freshly made tortillas take it to the next level. Be warned the spicy angry shrimp taco will make your mouth angry, but its sooooo good! We will be back to make it through the rest of the menu.

I lived in San Diego for two years while going to school, and I got used to having amazing fish tacos everywhere. I never thought I’d be able to find fish tacos like that just five minutes from my house, but Chef Taco really lived up to it. Everything was so good.
I also really appreciate how specialized the menu is, and they have a great selection of craft beers and coffees. It’s hard to find a place like this in our area, and I’ll definitely be a regular. Looking forward to coming back soon.

We’ve been following John for about a year now anytime he popped up at Lincoln Beer company. We’re super excited that he opened a brick and mortar down the street from where we live! We’ve stopped by twice so far and have tried different things on his extensive menu. The ceviche and aguachiles are bomb . And can’t go wrong with any of his tacos. Our favorites are the ribeye, pork belly and jalapeño slaw tacos. We highly recommend Burbankians to stop by and try!
