I don’t normally give negative reviews to establishments, however, the only way things can be corrected is if they are communicated. I was completely shocked at the condition of the dining room of this facility. The floors had garbage and spilt drinks (safety hazard) everywhere with most of the tables being used/filthy where they couldn’t be used. The fountain drink machine had ice piled up in the tray and no napkins available. Even with these conditions, the service was fair and thankfully the food was good as always. I’m not sure if this was an off-day or a regular occurrence. I’m hoping this was a rare off day for this facility.

I rarely post reviews but I was incredibly frustrated with the service there today. I came through the drive thru and asked if I could grab 2 gift cards. I understand that it’s a pick up window, but with a young child in the back I thought this might be more efficient and worth a try. The lady said I would have to go inside to pick up any cards. Frustrating, but I understand that they might have a policy about this, so I park and take my baby into the store. The front door was unlocked, I went up to the cashier (different employee) and was told that they were closed and I couldn’t buy a card (this was about 20 minutes before their official opening time, which I had not realized and obviously didn’t think about since the door was unlocked).
As I left the store and put my now screaming kid in his car seat I fumed about the poor service, and this is why I spent the time to write this review. The fact the store was closed could have been told to me before I dragged my kid inside the UNLOCKED door and was treated rudely at the counter. I understand the customer is not always right but good grief, try to actually serve and make a good name for your establishment. We will definitely not be going to this location again.
Having read the reviews, I see that this a common trend at the store that clearly reflects on poor upper management.
Just avoid this location. There are many other locations that will treat you like a respectable human being. Your children and sanity will thank you.

This is the second time in a row the same girl working the Chipotle lane prepared my online order with missing items. Last night I had a pickup order for 5:20 pm. I didn’t receive my order until 6:02!! I attempted to check my food before pulling off and she, responded with, “you don’t have to check it. I know it’s correct.” That let me know she remembered me from last time when I had to show her my online order to prove she didn’t include something.
Last night I ordered a brisket bowl and added chicken. I made it home and the BRISKET MEAT COMPLETELY LEFT OFF THE BOWL, minimal chicken on the bowl and it was missing green salsa (SEE PIC WITH ORDER TICKET). The other bowl I ordered was missing the corn and salsa. Lastly, before pulling away from the drive thru I requested the vinegarette I ordered and she said they didn’t have any. The guy standing behind her grabs to vinegarettes, reaches over her and hands them to me!

Placed order via app and picked up order and traveled 6 miles to my house. Got out of the car walked to the door and the food hit the floor…why? Because the person who prepared and or bagged our food wasn’t careful and either the food was titled or not sealed properly and it leaked and soaked the bottom of the bag. As result our food ended up on the garage floor. Called the local store and got an automated system and when we finally got a live person at their customer care center they tried 3 different times to contact the store and wasn’t successful. Needless to say I’ll never go to a Chipotle again…period. Not to mention I tipped them on the app. Crazy when you think about it but such is life. Patronize this location at your own risk.

No drink options, tea containers empty, and 1/2 of the soft drink options were only carbonated water. Sub-par (cold) food & the service is lacking. Did encounter a nice man working the drive up window who actually got me some fresh tea from the back. The place was a mess & nobody was in the restaurant, so there’s no excuse for not cleaning up. See pics! Send help or this place won’t make it!

Chipotle Mexican Grill is exactly as stated very Mexican. They serve self made burritos and bowls. The food is good because it is very fresh and mixed and made fresh daily. The service is very good. The atmosphere is very nice but it is also very minimalist. Prices are very tricky being that they are build your own they are on some ingredients a la cart and it can add up fast though I would still consider them affordable.

I am not one to share reviews but I was shocked with my experience today. I ordered a burrito with chicken, white rice, black beans, corn, cheese, and guacamole, which is normally what I get in a bowl, but I felt adventurous today so I got the burrito. The burrito would have been good except the rice had chucks of salt in it to the point that I was crunching salt granules as I chewed. There is no reason for a Chipotle burrito to be crunchy. To put it simply, the rice was heavily over salted. It was absolutely disgusting and I had to spit it out. I don’t understand why it was so bad. I have been to Chipotle many times and usually love it so why this experience was so bad I have no idea. There was hardly any chicken in the burrito either. The only saving grace in this burrito was the guacamole but once I ate all the guacamole I had to throw away over half my burrito which is such a waste and is bad like throwing away money. I don’t like to waste food and I usually will suck it up and eat my food even if it’s bad but this was inedible. And don’t even get me started on the service. I went through the chipotle fast lane. When I pulled up to the window the employee inside was working on another order which is fine because I understand that she has other orders to fulfill. When she finally did come to the window she just opened it and started at me. She never spoke a single word to me. That is rude as all get out. I understand that you are working a job that can be difficult but the least that you can do is acknowledge your customer and ask “what is the name for your order?” To just stare at me and have me do all the talking is absolutely unacceptable. Never in my life have I ever been treated so disrespectfully by an employee. The bare minimum that I ask is to simply be acknowledged. That’s your job. You are in customer service so you should, as your job implies, serve your customers politely. That means acknowledge your customers. I am so disappointed. I understand that customer service is hard but please just say something. She handed me my bag of food (which had no napkins, just the sad salty burrito) and then turned and went back to her job. At least that’s one good thing I can say. She appeared to actually be working not slacking off. Overall I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. This was not the Chipotle that I know and love.

I refuse to go into this chipotle restaurant to order because service is so bad at this location. So I usually use door dash to order chipotle. I orders as usual tonight but the order was wrong on every level. I ordered 3 burrito bowls of which all three were wrong, I also ordered large chips and queso. I got a small chips and no queso. It takes a lot for me to complain or leave a bad review. But after speaking to chipotle customer service about my order being wrong and being told I had to place my order complaint with Door Dash for a refund I showed my ass. Door Dash did not make my order wrong Chipotle did. I spent over 45 minutes with their customer service which was not in the US, I was only given coupons to spend in Chipotle. I spent almost $100 to have food delivered because this location is notorious for not getting orders right or having a long wait time or being out of items on menu. I like chipotle’s food but they make it hard to want to eat here. When ahit is wrong I should be able to speak to the store that made it wrong not customer services in another country to make it right. What a disappointment.

I have NEVER voluntarily thrown away a Chipotle bowl, until today. I visited Chipotle-Madison, MS with my cousin today and it was the worst food I have ever had from a chipotle building. I ordered a honey hot chicken bowl and the chicken was anything but hot and honey in fact, the only thing that I could taste was salt!!! It was so salty that it was unbearable to eat. I literally threw my lunch away and had nothing, as nothing tasted much better than that bowl. This is awful. Chipotle corp should do more random checkins to ensure they’re employees are operating their businesses in a more stellar manner.

The tables were not clean, the garbage can was running over, the ice machine broken, all the napkin holders were empty, counter not clean where the utensils were. Tissue in bathroom not in holder. There was no one in line waiting for food and two employees at the cash register and two employees standing idly. I always enjoyed eating there but it will be a while before I go back there. where was the manager that they couldn’t see the condition of this place?
I sure hope they get this corrected.
