Place is always busy. But it’s very easy to call ahead and get an order. The meat is fresh and amazing. Although I ordered double cheese it was kind of light on cheese. But, it would take a lot of cheese to make up for all the burger. The buns are very tasty and large which they need to be to cover the large portions of fresh hamburger meat. A double burger will fill you up. Everybody is friendly and Kelly is way appreciated by the locals I’m sure!! It’s got a oil field worker kind of feel to it but again easy to get in and out if you don’t want to stay for the camaraderie you can pass through. I will stop by as often as I can when I’m going through town and it’s open! Live in Lubbock area and work in Artesia and around the area so it’s mostly work time that I’m coming through. Drove in this morning from Lubbock and caught breakfast for the first time. Highly recommended…..

I’ve driven by this cafe multiple times during lunch, but always noticed a FULL parking lot. A testament to delicious food. Luckily, I was able to dine in after their lunch rush. I started off with their Texas toothpicks. Battered and fried jalapeños and they tossed a few onion rings too. Kelly’s Special with tater tots to finish my meal. Pretty much a no bun burger with lots flavor thanks to green chiles, onions, and tomatoes. I need to try their breakfast next time.

Best food hospitality you can feel when you walk in, make you feel at home, three food always taste so good, coffee on point. If your driving by and it’s open. Drop in and get yourselfs a really good meal., service, food and atmosphere. Are really on point.

Visited during a roadtrip, such a nice gem in a small town, the exterior seemed a bit outdated but don’t let that dictate the quality of the food they serve! Homemade, delicious, quick and cheap.

My wife and I stopped in while making our way out to White Sands. From the moment we stepped in everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was tasty, well made, and very filling. By the time we finished we were able to speak to several members of the staff, and patrons as well, who were offering up suggestions of places to check out on our day trip. I’m looking forward to the next time our travels bring us back through the area so we can stop in again.

I’ve eaten here for years, and I’ve also ordered just about everything on the menu. The food is delicious the staff and service is amazing. I highly recommend Kelly’s Cafe.
