Everything I bought for them being open not that long into the day, most did not seem fresh. Steamed dumplings were fills with water, not wet from being steamed. The egg drop soup was brownish orange and I have never seen it that color before, it could be alright but It doesn’t even taste like egg at all sadly… I was very excited as it’s my favorite soup.

I ordered Wonton noodle soup and shrimp & lobster sauce combo special for dinner. I couldn’t imagine the wonton was so 50 years outdated, its wrapper was thick and appeared to be ground beef stuffing instead of shrimp & pork. The noodle was thick instead of thin egg noodle in today’s standard. The shrimp & lobster sauce was ok but don’t expect to find any trace of lobster sauce in there, though the shrimps were tender and large to their credit. It’s not up to my expectation as a Chinese from out of town where excellent Chinese foods are abundant for the same price. It needs to move up to 2000s in a hurry.

This is my favorite chinese place around Bville!! The people there are very quiet but for takeout especially i love it. I always get the wonton soup or Sesame Chicken and they last me 2-3 meals, great taste and texture for both of them! I never have had a bad experience i don’t know why reviews are so bad.

Had a terrible order last night. Beef lo mein and Orange chicken. Food tasted like chemicals. Like they had cleaned the wok and just thrown in food to soak up the cleaner. Never again.

Went in today spent 70$ on one order and 38 on another. I found hair in my food and called man said he will remake it for me. So I went back with the food which was lo main and orange chicken, the man said “THIS IS YOUR HAIR” all my staff dosent have this hair “I’m going to bring them all out so you can see”.
I did not even say anything when I walked in I just gave him the combination with receipt for him to treat me that way.
I broke down crying and said I just want my money back.
I’ve never treated or been hostile towards the man for him to treat me that way.
Never again.
Btw the hair was entangled with in all the noodles.

Their food quality has gone downhill in the past few years. The prices have gone up. Ordered crab ragoon they were very tiny and very costly. The shrimp eggroll had only one shrimp, and that was way overcooked. And the price was $2.68 fo 1 roll. The House Lomein was not good. The quality has gone way down. This was always my go to Chinese restaurant. Take out and I will not go back there.

Ordered lunch. They didn’t understand my order and I got over charged when i specifically and politely asked to forget about my side of white rice. I just wanted the two combos . Was wondering why it was so expensive and when I got home they charged me for the side of white rice I didn’t want. The sweet and sour chicken was super small bites of chicken . Felt like we were mostly eating fried hard breading. Sesame chicken was not good at all. Old tasting. Use to be a regular but Will be taking business elsewhere .

Food was okay. Hair was found in my sisters combo and when she went back to get it fixed they called her a liar saying it was her own hair (we spent over $100 in food for everyone). My dumplings were raw so I had to re-steam them myself. While they may be good, i’d rather make the drive to Liverpool or Syracuse for better food and better customer service. Will not be returning.
