This Food Truck has a purely Vegan menu with items including Burgers, Fries, Tacos, Pizza, as well as Ice Cream. It’s located in the park across from Costco and next to Marriott, and is only at a 5 minute drive from the airport. Tried their Persian Burger with fries which was nice. The portion sizes are good, however like everything else in Hawai this is also priced a little higher. Ordering was a bit difficult with too much noise from the truck and the road behind, as the automated ordering screens outside could not be used due to strong sunlight at that time. Overall a nice place for Vegetarian and Vegan diet followers. Parking is easy, the place has a few other options so in the evening it does get busy. The entire food park terrain is gravel so a little bit challenging for wheelchairs.

It is In a parking lot with other permanent food trucks. The have a touch screen Point of sale. The options are many and are all vegan. I wanted some Mexican pizza and some fish tacos. The service is fine. I got the food to go back to the hotel. The Mexican pizza the tortillas were over fried almost burnt changed the taste of it I don’t finish it. The fish tacos were also over fried tasted ok but needed more tartar sauce even though I ordered extra. Not sure if the only guy there was too busy or what. But food didn’t taste good.

Came here based on the reviews, all the good things you see in the review is absolutely true!! Definitely stop be here!! Don’t skip because it’s vegan. And the staff is very sweet and wonderful. Fish tacos was our favorite.

This food is exceptional and it is clear that it is made with love. Don’t let the fact that it is plant based scare you into thinking that all they serve is lettuce. This food is packed full of flavor. The buffalo chicken wings were everything I love about Buffalo wings with none of the guilt. The fish tacos were out of this world good and my wife loved the Mexican pizza. If you’re looking for an extra treat, and want to splurge a little the fried Oreo is absolutely delicious. I absolutely cannot wait to come back to try the Persian burger and the chicken waffle sandwich made with a maple aïoli. Remember always support local.

We just chowed down on our delicious food from Tabay’s Mindful Kitchen. It is a vegan food truck directly across from Costco. The food was so good! We loved the Happy New Year messages on our bag and in our containers, and Sahel brought our food out to us, instead of calling our name and having to go back up to the window. We ordered the Baja fish tacos, the Persian fries, the burrito and a Persian cherry lavender lemonade drink. The burrito was probably over a pound! My partner is not wholly plant based, and he scarfed his food down and pronounced it “very good”. If his meat and potatoes palate loved this food, then I think your non-veg friends will love it too.
We’re looking forward to trying other menu items. If they ever have a Persian rice special, I will have to be there. (Gotta wet your finger and tap the pot to see if the rice is done. ) I highly recommend this food truck if you’re vegan, non-vegan, or merely looking for super healthy options. We’ll be baaa-aaack!

Amazing food. Our family of 5 all ate here and everyone’s food was delicious. One of the owners (the mom) was super sweet and kind. We even received a sweet holiday note in my youngest son’s meal.

Found the most incredible vegan food in Maui! I got the fish tacos, breakfast sandwich, chicken nuggets, chicken wrap and chimichangas. Everything was beyond delicious and my non-vegan family couldn’t tell the difference haha..that’s how you KNOW it’s great vegan food. I got to meet Tabay and he was such a bright light with amazing/kind energy. I got to meet Sahel after coming back and she is SO sweet too! She makes one of the best hot sauces I’ve ever tried!! It had the perfect heat level with SO much flavor!! I found out I can pre-order a bottle of it so I’ll be coming back for it as well as more food

This place is AWESOME!!! We ate here 4 days in a row while on Maui over Christmas because vegan food options were limited, but we might have done that anyways because everything was so good! The lavender lemonade is a must. We especially loved the BBQ bacon burger and the Persian fries, but everything was great! If you are on Maui, you must visit Tabay and Sahel at their food truck!! Lovely people and excellent food. 10/10!

Maui Peeps! MELE KALIKIMAKA! Are you craving some comfort food? I was so I made my way to Tabay’s Mindful Kitchen. Look for a big orange food truck across from Costco. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. They have all different versions of french fries. I was the first person to try something that was not on the menu yet, poutine fries! They were tasty! They have an extensive menu covering all of your favorite comfort food items! What makes them different? It’s all 100% plant based! You won’t believe the flavors! That’s right something can be healthy and taste so good! Go see Tabay and Sahel and tell them I sent you!

Tried the Persian burger which is really really good!! Fries also were great. Reasonable prices. Server was really nice, asked a favor from him and he obliged. I wish the place had “vegetarian options” I.e. with some dairy products that are animal based but that’s okay.
