I did drive through. The food was cold, I came for the Honey BBQ and there was no sauce so it barely tasted like it was supposed too. Those specs that look like sauce was water not sauce. Youd figure the item that your selling to get people back would be good. Guess the employees didn’t care enough.

Went to this establishment on Saturday, 2/14, and ordered 35 chicken legs, nothing else. The young lady told me that is “not possible”. I had to buy “mixed” pieces. I left and went to Popeyes less then a mile a way. Ordered 35 legs. Got 35 legs. Simple. KFC lost a long time customer because of this.

I’m really disappointed with my order from this KFC location. Right now I’m dealing with indigestion because the food was in terrible condition. The fries were undercooked, the chicken pot pie was completely dry, and the Nuggets & Mashed Potato Bowl was not even properly sealed. It honestly made me wonder if the delivery driver tampered with my food or if the restaurant simply didn’t care about packaging it correctly.
For the price I paid, I expected a decent meal, not something that made me sick. I hope this location improves its food quality and takes more care with packaging, because this experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

The Food in this place is really good like any KFC and the environment it is also nice but the only problem I have had before is with some of the employees. They came out a little bit rude sometimes and Two times that I did order crispy they gave me original. So now every time I order I have to open the box and check they put the right order on my box, other than that the place is ok.

I ordered online for the first time today. My order was supposed to consist of 15 nuggets, if we had 10 maybe we were lucky. They also had hair in them. I called the restaurant to advise of this as well as all my sauces being missing; no one cared to pick up their phone. This is the first and most definitely the last time. I will order from here.

This KFC is ridiculous I ordered 2x 3 piece combo with soda, fries and more stuff and didn’t want to give me a single sauce for free, I get you have to pay for extra but not even one for free? How do you give someone food without any sauce at all, this is ridiculous, so complicated for some sauce that costs them 5 cents, no wonder why this place is always empty and dead, these workers deserve to be there!

Made me wait 20 minutes for a mobile order they got 10 minutes ahead of time. Food was cold when I got it and they burnt half of it. These are the same item. Never coming back, and filing a corporate complaint to get my money back. Stay away from this location.
