Was told couldn’t get free parmesan and special seasoning packs if it isn’t on the order. I only asked for one each! Has never been a problem at any other Papa John’s ever! Food is always rushed and messy. Very Poor customer service!!! Go to the Iowa City Papa John’s!

To the gentleman that answered the phone please see picture below, I do not see Banana Peppers and the pepper provided in box looks like it had been eaten.
I hope that your team enjoyed the $20 tip since you had to work Easter. I say again Happy Easter, but I do not like that you imply that I am not telling the truth.

The kid answering the phone was impatient and non informed on proper phone edicit. The radio in the background made me think i called a nightclub not the famous friendly Papa John’s im used to. The cheese bread sticks i ordered were burnt and thin like they didnt let the dough rise any at all. The pizza was to have extra cheese but was barely any on it and the crust was very crunchy and tough. Not happy but im hungry so i will eat it and not recommend this branch to any of my veteran friends that stay in the hotel next door to it.

Had to drop a few lines for the Papa John’s over in Coralville. Ordered up a duo of pies for game night and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. First off, we dove into a classic crust masterpiece topped with a double threat of Italian sausage – got both the regular and the spicy. It was a flavor throwdown, and every slice was like a high-five to the taste buds.
Then there was the “All the Meats” pizza on a thin crust, but we didn’t just go standard – no, we cranked it up a notch with extra pepperoni. It was like the ultimate meat lovers’ dream without all the doughy business. You could actually taste the crispy carnage of meats in every bite. Pure genius.
Delivery was spot-on too. It arrived faster than a cheesy lightning bolt, hot and ready to be devoured. The driver was cool, too, didn’t just hand over the goods, but did it with a smile that said, “Enjoy the feast, my friend.”
All in all, if you’re prowling for a solid pizza experience in Coralville, Papa John’s is slinging the good stuff. Worth every penny and then some.

The people were great! They also gave me a disposable plates, parmesan and crushed red pepper when I asked! The pizza tasted awesome when I got it back to my hotel!

Staff there are pretty friendly and attentive though which can be a rare jewel in the corporate pizza world. The few times I’ve had issues, they’ve cleared them right up.
Pizza itself is college grade, meaning it fills you up on a few bucks!
I will say, don’t bother ordering extra cheese, I’m sure the employees are just doing as they’re trained but it’s not terribly different from a regular pizza and you save the extra cost.

If I could give zero stars I would. Pick up order was wrong they apparently lost my order so I had to wait an extra 25 minutes for my pizza while I watched employees slide around on the floor because of the amount of flour everywhere. Employees and managers did not care for my order and we very unhygienic. They did not ever wash their hands nor do they wear gloves when they make your pizza. That’s just disgusting no cleanliness or good customer service at all.
