Used wetzel catering for our daughters wedding. Ordered pretzel bitz , pretzel bit dogs, and pizza pretzels. Our guests loved them. . The store management was great to communicate with us by text.
Not 5 stars because of the cateting platform it wasn’t great to work with and made it hard to get ahold of a “real” person to make sure our order was received . But 5 stars for wetzels corporate. When i reached out by email, they replied right away, and i had a text from the franchise manager within a short time.
Catering does use Uber delivery. Which worked fine, but just be aware that after the order leaves the store its out of their hands. Give delivery time some wiggle toom.

I went there today and got two lemonades and the girl who’s at the cashier and serving the food/drinks had extremely long nails (nothing wrong with long nails) she couldn’t even get the cups without sticking her whole nails inside the cup, in my opinion it is not hygienic. When she gave us the drink she poked me with her claws which actually did hurt.

The girl working there was extremely rude and rolled her eyes when I told her I was paying with cash because her nails were too long to grab the change out of the drawer- she also seemed annoyed when we asked for salt and dumped an absurd amount on them.

Well I went when they were supposedly open and no one was even behind the counter and yes there were more people waiting than just me. Please, if you’re not open when every other business in the vicinity is just put a sign up, or at least turn off the lights and empty the food out of the heated case

Make sure you check your pretzels, especially the middle. I bought two cheese pretzels and they were raw. One was almost completely raw, the other was probably 50% raw. It was disgusting.
