For a last-minute Valentine’s Day reservation, Brothers Restaurant turned out to be a delightful find! Despite the bustling atmosphere, we were comfortably seated in their spacious back dining room. The ambiance was festive thanks to the thoughtful Valentine’s Day decorations – from heart-shaped napkins to vibrant red tablecloths – and the live music added a special touch. Service was prompt and attentive, even with the restaurant packed. We appreciated the generous portions of both garlic and regular bread, and the salads were fresh and abundant. Our entrees were generally well-received. The Chicken Francaise, Veal Marsala, and Chicken Parmesan were all good. The scallop dinner, while not bad, was the only dish that didn’t quite meet our expectations. Brothers also impressed us with their reasonable wine prices and the thoughtful touches of a complimentary rose for my wife and delicious chocolate-covered strawberries. Overall, the combination of good food, live music, and a festive atmosphere made for a thoroughly enjoyable and entertaining Valentine’s Day experience, especially considering our last-minute booking

I think it’s on its way to be coming something really good. It’s relatively new but it does seem they are experienced. Portions are great, and the menu is very large, which could hurt them later To have the freshest food available. Food comes out very fast so watch food temps. Staff were friendly, and I liked how they helped each other. It was a good experience and i’m sure it’ll only get better.

Ordered the lasagna… this is not a lasagna. This is 5 layers of lasagna noodles with no ricotta and cheese layered between over a thick base of meat sauce. It tastes okay but I’ll never order it again if this is how they think a lasagna is made. We just found a review from about a year ago with the same complaint. Nothing improved over the course of a year.

When we arrived at the restaurant. We really didn’t have any expectations because it only has been open for a few weeks. When you walk in your greeted by a hostess, who is sitting at one of the available hightop tables, she asks if you want to eat outside or inside and quickly talked us out of going out sitting outside, she took us into a large dining room that had three other couples sitting already and places in the closest table to them. The tables overlap, so that if you’re sitting in one seat the person in the table behind, you cannot get out of their chair. The menu is as large as an encyclopedia. I ordered my usual go to which is a cheeseburger no ketchup, no mayo, no mustard I’d like to taste the meat for freshness for the char. My date ordered a ham calzone. Our drinks were a Gingerale and a Cosmo. What can you say about fountain soda, Gingerale wasn’t flat. Her Cosmo was OK. She said it would’ve been better if they sugared the rim. Her calzone arrived first which looked very good. My burger arrived and just at first glance I was disappointed already large plate with maybe 20 fries on it. The American cheese looked like, a slice of Kraft individual serving singles toasted to the bun and the burger was a frozen premade patty with no flavor. Our server was very good very attentive. But sitting us all in one area and having four different servers for every table in that area didn’t make sense. Total bill came to $42 for one Cosmo, a Gingerale, a cheeseburger and a calzone. I get it that it’s a new restaurant but no reason to try to make all the money you spent on it from the few patrons that are there.

Sat down with my wife attempted to order a large pizza and a couple drinks . The Waiter advised us they will not serve large pizzas inside being they are very busy on the weekends. The only problem with that was that it was Friday and there were about 3 tables eating dinner ,the place was empty. I wonder why ? So we left. Ridiculous a good way to lose business. We sat a 4 person table I would think a large pie would fit on the table. I have never heard of a place that serves pizza telling their customers this . It makes me laugh. What would you do for a large family ?tell them thet all have to order personal pizzas .

Very nice decor. Friendly staff. Inexperienced wait staff. No plates with appetizers. Clams casino not cooked. Should be HOT with bread crumbs brown. These were cool and white. The stuffed pasta was only warm. The lasagna was cool, sent back and it was microwaved. I’ve never seen a lasagna burrito before. This was ground beef and ground sausage. After microwaving meat gets funny. We had high hopes but were disappointed. Hopefully they get it together soon!

This was our 3rd time at your restaurant… we have a drive coming from PA but worth it… everyone is so friendly and helpful… your place is very spacious and clean… my only thing is your red pasta sauce… it just isn’t seasoned enough or simmered long enough it is too sweet… this won’t deter us from coming back i have had other dishes and they were delicious but will probably stay away from just the plain red sauce.
