The workers were so nice, and made fun interactive conversation with the gusts. Even after i forgot to ask for avocado first and made it hader for them they kept their smiles not even an eye role.

If I could give no stars I would. We ordered two sandwiches through Uber Pickup. We got to the store a little early and waited in the car for a notification that our order was ready. Once we got the notification we went inside and waited for nearly five minutes for the employee to stop sweeping and assist us. After this we got our subs and headed home. Upon arriving home we realized that our entire order was wrong. My sandwich was supposed to have no veggies, whereas my wife’s should’ve had many that were missing. Both sandwiches were on wheat bread instead of what we ordered. Neither sandwich had the extra meat and cheese we paid for. The chips and cookies we paid for are also nowhere to be found.
So I called the store to get an explanation. Once the worker eventually answered the phone, she asks how she can help and I state that we just picked up an online order.
She has the audacity to ask if the bread is wrong and apologize saying that they only had wheat. (In my opinion changing someone’s order merits a phone call)
I reply with, well that’s a start but literally everything is wrong with our order. She said I’m sorry I didn’t make it. So here I am writing a review about how disappointing the food is, disgusting the workers attitudes are, and dissatisfied you will be if you go here. I recommend just headed over to Shiloh and getting food from one of the amazing sandwich shops there. Don’t waste your time or money on this dump.

I went after I got off work in a bad mood due to a bad day and I was craving a ham and provolone. I went expecting mediocre food and service. To my surprise it was a great sandwich but what I was more impressed by was the extravagant customer service. Samantha immediately put a smile on my face with her witty humor. It really made my day seeing someone so young go above and beyond their job.

Most of the employees are great. But one in particular does not seem to know that I do not want my husband’s sandwich toasted. Twice I have said no and twice the sandwich has been toasted. I did not have the sandwich remade as it is baseball season and I do not have a lot of time. I still love having my protein bowl.

 so today out doing my errands I stopped by Subway next to Cabela’s through the drive-through. I gave him my order and pulled up to the window. I sat at the window for 17 minutes. I finally opened my door and slid their window open and said hello. hey guy comes to the window and looks at me like I am from foreign outer space and said can I help you. I said yes I gave you an order through the drive-through about 15 minutes ago. Then he asked me what I had ordered. And before I could tell him what I had ordered another guy came around from behind him and said we are helping other people right now., By the way, he was very rude when he said that. The guy that initially came to the window I said just forget it. I’ll go somewhere else and he’s like OK ma’am have a good day and he said that very nicely. He was probably excited to get out of the jam that he was in. Not looking for any rude comments or any comments at all just venting my frustration. Y’all have a nice day.

This location manages to mess my order up every single time I’ve ordered from here. I ordered online and it said it’d be ready at 8:15pm – wasn’t ready until 8:35pm, brought it home to realize that, not only, was it made with the wrong bread, but also so hard that the bread was crumbling. I avoid this specific location but decided to give them another try since it’s open later – will not go here again. Poor customer service, consistently inconsistent quality and lack of communication skills.

Came in and ordered the spicy nacho chicken sandwich got home ate it and then immediately started to feel sick went to the doctor and have food poisoning. Something in that sandwich was spoiled will never eat here again.

Another great experience at Subway. The people and atmosphere at this new restaurant are warm and inviting. The employees made each item thoughtfully, as if they were going to eat it themselves. I’ll definitely be back.

Would leave a negative stare if I could they messed up our food then argued about it saying that that’s how the food is made when it’s never been like that any other time I’ve orderd the same sandwich. Rude and disrespectful hands down do not recommend
