My friend and I went to this location for dinner and were less than thrilled with the experience. The girl working seemed to have very little training or just simply had no idea what was going on. She made my friends wrap incorrectly twice. The guy behind the counter just constantly criticized her instead of actually helping.
Have better training and trainers.

Today there was one employee named Becca working by herself today. She was juggling in person orders, drive thru, and online orders. She was extremely busy from the second we walked in and she handled everyone and everything in as timely of a manner as possible, with a level head and professionalism. She even made us good sandwiches, nice and tidy like you would hope for, thank you Becca. 5 stars for you!!

My salad was full of just meat. Very few veggies. The meat wasn’t cut up at all and it was like they dumped a gallon of dressing on the top. The worst salad ive ever had at any Subway.

You can without a doubt, guarantee you’ll leave irritated. This location only seems to hire teenagers, and give them ZERO training and leave them to run the store on their own. On THREE separate occasions I have waiting over 20 minutes in the drive through for my sandwiches to be wrong. I will NOT be back again – Not to mention the prices are absolutely absurd, $33 for two incorrectly made sandwiches is ridiculous.

To say I am unimpressed with the young girl who was working is an understatement.. she had her “friend” sitting in a booth the entire time we were there and the both of the were taking back to eachother and laughing the entire time we were taking an order. there was also a young guy working who was clearly in training and the girl did not have any patience with him. He was moving slow and making a couple mistakes which is totally normal for a new hire but the girl kept making fun of him, yelling at him and telling him “you need to stop making mistakes”. She kept slamming the oven shut as loud as she could, rolling her eyes at customers and complaining about being there. She was making the guy in training do all the work and then yelling at him when he made a simple mistake (forgot to add something)… She then proceeded to ask her friend (not an employee) to come up and take a customers payment (from the drive through) and swipe the card because their card reader didn’t work behind the counter. Very unprofessional and makes me sad for the poor guy who was in training. Do better.

Girl on the phone was really nice and the owner is talked to was really nice as well.
I ordered a few party platters /catering, and the total I paid was $20 more than the total she told me on the phone when I originally ordered.
Plus there were no mustard and mayo packets included like she said they would be.
But it is what it is.

Almost no meat on one sandwich (pics available upon request), wrong toppings on both, and the wrong cookie provided for one order. (Pics also available). Look, it’s not rocket science, it’s a sandwich shop, get it correct. Disappointed to say the least. I wasn’t expecting 5 star service, but this is ridiculous. This is exactly why I rarely frequent this business. Do better to keep and attract customers. Tried to call to resolve the issue, they literally hung up on me. Twice. Where are the owners of this location and do they care about customer service at all? Apparently not. I’m sorry I gave them another chance, will not make that mistake again. Back to Jimmy John’s, they come through. I will spend my hard earned cash at businesses who appreciate it and act accordingly.

Ordered DD tonight. I didn’t know they did away with the actual wraps. Now they are awful &/or the person making doesn’t know how to make them. There is WAY too much bread (that’s not the employees fault) and all the meat & toppings were layered…but in the wrong way. You either got meat or you got toppings. You can’t call it a wrap when it’s folded like a sandwich and is on sandwich bread.
