3 Employees at 830pm on a Thursday night and they’re open until 930pm. They were more worried about their personal conversations than asking what they could make for me. When the young man finally came over he said he only had two meatballs and wouldn’t make any more. Sorry about that and walked away, didn’t even ask if there was something else I would have. Never coming back. Do better.

Went to grab dinner last night. Service was alright not very friendly staff members. We order 2 subs and footlong pretzel. When we got home I opened up my sub and there was a sticker label that fell off the dressing bottle that got wrapped with the sub and out pretzel was ice cold and still somewhat frozen.

Staff at this location are nothing short of rude and could give a crap less about the customer service. I had 4 kids in tow and had to stand there and wait for well over 2 minutes while the training manager and the other 3 staff debated on whether or not to allow the new employee cut my bread for my first sandwich… I patiently waited. Then when I ordered kid’s meals one of the employee’s asked the manager if that was also a 6″ sub which her response was yes!! Then she berated the training employee because he couldn’t tell the difference between lettuce and spinach and told him if he got it wrong again she was going to call his mother and chew her out for not teaching him. Then upon ringing my order up it was over $42!! for 2 6″ adult subs and 4 kids meals. When I returned home I noticed the error on the receipt and went back up to the store to get 1/2 my money back. All I got was attitude from the “manager” who then had to call another manager from the gas station in to speak with me. She had charged me for 2 12″ subs, extra milks and extra apple sauces even though I asked her twice if those came with the meals and she said yes. IDK who is running this store but they need to get the incompetent, untrained and uncaring kids out of there. They actually spelled lettuce as lettis…. maybe the school needs some help as well. I will NEVER do business here again. In the end they regrettably gave me a refund although I was willing to pay the correct amount. I’m still waiting on my credit as well. Corporate offices should care more about their franchises also… same with McDonald’s in Brooklyn.

Walked in about 8:25pm a couple weeks ago. Employees were more worried about playing around and runni g outside to talm to a friend then wait on us. Waited andwatched this for over 5 minutes. Finally ordered and my wife
ordered a grilled chicken footlong. I ordered a cold cut footlong. Which was told they were out. So I ordered a meatball footlong. Once again was told it was out. Wife said her sandwich was ok the chicken really didn’t have any taste. Maybe if the employees worried more about their job instead of chasing friends outside they wouldn’t be out of things like this. Was told it would take to long for them to make the cold cuts in the back and there was none in the back on reserve.

Worst service I have ever received. I spoke with someone over the phone about an order made incorrectly. She agreed to make it right. I drove back to the store sick and sent my son in to swap out the sandwich to be given a note saying that their boss said there’s nothing they can do about it they’re actually not going to remake the sandwich. This is not the first time I’ve received subpar service from this particular Subway but it certainly will be the last.

Great food and great workers. Manager was being kind of rude to the younger employees which rubbed me the wrong way. They were doing a great job!

Still the same. Management is the problem here. Get a competent manager in the building and the place will be excellent.

Went here a little while back in the middle of the week. The place was very clean and the young lady was helpful. My food was great, and she loaded up my sub so I could barely close it. I was very happy.
