GREAT ATTITUDES – ALWAYS FRIENDLY
I came from a bigger city in Montana where there was always neat and delicious coffee places. Even though this area doesn’t have the same novelty coffee experiences, I think this Dunkin and ladies working here have exceptional coffee service! I come quite a bit and they are on their A game as a team. They are always kind, respectful, quick, and seem to manage orders well. I can’t stress enough the kind part. I regularly find the customer service has been really disappointing in most chain places locally but they really do set themselves apart here – and with consistency. Well done!
I hope their management recognizes this in them. Additionally my mom and sister in law came here yesterday without from out of town and also remarked on the same thing! (We do drive thru mostly but also very clean inside) So grateful for their wonderful service in the mornings – keep it up ladies!

I got charged twice for the same order and when I told them they tried to handle me both orders. Also it’s incredible how eggs, cheese, bacon and sourdough can be made without taste but these guys pulled it off. Parked, walked in and threw away. I’ll stick to McDonalds.

I don’t care for any company like this that demands their staff to come into work during a level 3 snow emergency outside. That’s unnecessarily putting their staff in danger for no reason. They are not essential. Rescue workers can buy their coffee to warm up at a gas station that is considered essential!!!!!

I have to give this location a shout-out for being outstanding! I hadn’t planned on stopping for a coffee, but I swung by at the last minute. I was distracted with life and a very busy day, so I needed help with my order. They’re no longer serving butter pecan so I tried a hot pumpkin spice latte, from the server’s recommendation. It was really good, and it was nice and hot. My son didn’t remember the name of his drink, but again the server was amazing and she helped him figure it out. Of course my son was hungry – lol growing teenagers So I asked for a dozen donuts. They had made up some special donuts for school starting- so cute! They were very fresh and they have a great assortment. It was a busy time of day but they weren’t rude or rushing towards us at all. In fact they went above and beyond ☺️ I’m very thankful for the time and consideration this team displayed today.

Ordered assorted donuts and they gave me plain donuts! I don’t appreciate hearing them giggle while picking out crappy donuts with NO ICING OR ANYTHING! NOT FUNNY! Overpriced for plain donuts that I could’ve picked up at Miller’s for half the price. DO BETTER!
