Come for the drinks, and stay for the VIEW! Our bartender was very polite and made every drink we ordered from memory, not pre-mixed junk. I highly recommend this location even if you’re not staying in their hotel. The view is phenomenal.

Very nice, my hubby had 2 cocktails love them both, I’m a wine person they have good choices. Food (appetizers)amazing, had Lamb meatballs, Crab cakes and their Parmesan garlic French fries. The atmosphere was so nice. However they are missing a few tables for the couches Forgot to ask for their so good music playlists, so if possible can someone share from 8/1/2024

This rooftop bar inside of the Hyatt is simple. It’s not anything spectacular but it’s a great option if you’re in the hotel. My husband and I only ordered drinks here, not food. The hours are very limited so it is not able to be accessed much. It was closed 2/3 days we were in town.

The good – This is a nice place to enjoy time with a friend…great views. Food offerings were on par for a roof top bar.
The “beef” – The bar area is small…enough for hotel guests to enjoy and groups of two.
The bar size and the bar service are not satisfactory for handling a group or a table with more than 3.
Do not go expecting table service (none). You must go to the small bar to order everything…paying for a table or a round of drinks was a challenge.
Paying for a $40 shot of whiskey served in plastic glassware (?)…I did enjoy my table guests, the view and the weather. I expected better service…

Drink selection wasn’t that impressive. View was nice but we left after one drink. Was a bit crowded too, a party was talking up a lot of seat space but weren’t actually sitting there. If we were starting at this hotel I may go back if I didn’t have plans but not otherwise.

the bartender was absolutely terrible. we waited over 20 minutes for two drinks (not busy at the time) because the bartender decided to have a conversation rather than make drinks. additionally she proceeded to have a completely inappropriate conversation with a customer referring to white people as “colonizers” and stated “the world would be better without white people.” say what you want about politics but this is absolutely unacceptable and inappropriate words to say as a bartender to your own customers. on top of our drinks taking 20 minutes and the most insensitive comments from the bartender, they charged an automatic 20% tip. drinks were not even good. i spent $40 on 2 drinks with a tip where it was not even remotely deserved. i was upset, disappointed, and felt robbed leaving here. go to literally any other rooftop bar in the city besides this one.

A perfect place for an after work drink to watch the sunset and soak up nice weather. Great for group events too! I hosted a team happy hour with 20-30 and had a great experience. Great food (and prices!) on the catering menu and Brittany did a fantastic job coordinating the event.

The bar had an occasional smell pass through that seemed to smell like sewer gasses. They also automatically include 20% gratuity on the check, but then the signature sheet has no indication of the automatic gratuity and asks you to add a gratuity. I should note that the signature sheet asks for a gratuity and not something like additional gratuity that is more common in places with similar practices.

(Update 2022 June) Arrive early if you want a seat.
Conveniently located to McPherson Square. There is a happy hour. However due to its relatively small footprint and its connection to the hotel it is often reserved and unavailable. Recommend calling ahead to verify it is open. It is a refreshing spot on summer days.

Overpriced drinks not even made correctly. Didn’t have chocolate martinis or white Russians. Made Manhattan incorrectly. Sad, because the view is nice!
