Lactose intolerant so I asked for no cheese.The older gentleman, who I assume is the owner, told me to bring the burger back in order to receive any help. So now I’m expected to waste more gas and time to fix an error that was entirely on their end. I live a decent distance from this place.
I usually order a lot from here $60+ every time but I won’t be coming back. There was no customer service and no care shown about the issue. Thanks for nothing.

Working in the area and was looking for an alternative to Jersey Mike’s. Ordered half an Italian sub that had plenty of meat & fixings, but just not enough oil/vinegar. Was extremely busy around the noon hour during the holidays, but got my sandwich in a reasonable amount of time. Next time I order the roast beef !!!

Head over to YELP and get the REAL reviews. Not sure how this place has any positive reviews as one individual said place is trash. This establishment should be ASHAMED. If I could give NO stars I would. Definitely not going back here! This order was take-out. I ordered a roast beef/turkey/Swiss Sloppy Joe and chicken soup. After seeing the one spread of Russian dressing I politely requested to add a little more and was accommodated. Looking forward to a nice sandwich however, I was searching for the roast beef and Swiss… turkey was adequate. In addition, it used to be the norm to get complementary side slice pickle and small side of some salad… in most deli’s. However, not the case here; apparently, it’s an xtra charge. My mom had the soup and said it was good… but the container had a leak; bag was soaking wet when got to destination… might want to check the container when ordering soup.

Their Supreme Italian sub is awesome. Love that they don’t use mayonnaise. Breakfast sandwiches are great too, very generous. I’ve read some not so flattering reviews regarding the owner but he’s always been really nice to me. Gonna eat here often.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and first thing girl asked me was if I wanted it hot. I Never heard of a cold grill chicken before, that was a shocker! That meant the chicken breast was not freshly cooked for my sandwich. Who knows how long that chicken was there for. She heated it up in what looked like a microwave/toaster/airfryer not sure. But was not good at all. Definitely won’t be returning.

This place was amazing!! Very friendly staff. The BEST classic, no frills sub I’ve had in a very long time. Fresh ingredients, super soft bread. I had roast beef with cheese & horseradish sauce and my partner had chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella and the works. Will definitely be back when we are in the area.
