We pull up to BWs and see plenty of parking, perfect we shouldn’t have a wait. Walk in see lots of empty dirty tables, like 1/2 of the restaurant. We were told the wait time was 45 minutes. Apparently the clean up crew forgot to show up. I guess it’s clear to say they really don’t want to serve anymore food for the night. If you cant clean up enough to seat a few people, one table, apparently you don’t want any business. We just wanted to stop for some food and beers with the family to celebrate.

Server fixed the issue tonight, so that was good. However, someone in the kitchen sent out burgers to our table that were crunchy and hard. Completely unacceptable behavior from the kitchen. Dont send out food that has sat on the grill warmer for hours. Won’t be going back to this location.

Unfortunately won’t be coming back. We first walked in and luckily it wasn’t busy maybe 4-5 tables. I asked if the bar was open seating they said yes. As we make our way into the bar area we are about to sit at a table and we’re told we can’t sit there then we ask if we can sit over at another table they said not there. So clearly it’s not open seating. We were left standing a minute waiting to be told where to sit. Despite the selective seating in an open seating area in a not busy restaurant at all at noon on a Monday our food was below par. Expected it to be a bit taster but our server Shelby did a great job and was attentive.

Is it too much to ask to sit in a normal table with normal chairs. They act like they have a problem because I don’t want to sit at a crowded bar or in a high top table. I like my feet too touch the floor. Next why you gotta be rude because you ain’t that busy but I waited for over 10 minutes before the hostess tried to make me sit at the bar or a high top table. I should have went to culvers.

My husband ordered the trio dip and we received marinara instead of salsa, we also did not receive any dipping sauces that we paid extra for. I’m very unhappy & when I called 3 times no answer.

I came in and asked for a place to plug in my laptop. No problem. Immediately seated. Jordan was my waiter. Service, food, the personalities of the Jordan, the manager Dennis, and the hostess were remarkably upbeat and friendly. This stop for food, drink, and a game could not have gone better.
Surely will be back here when next in town!

This location merits an average experience and rating. The building was clean inside and tidy. The bathroom was mostly clean. The staff was very friendly. Once the food finally came out, it tasted fresh. I ordered an adult beverage and it took forever to get it. I put in an order for an appetizer while deciding what I wanted. Once I ordered my food, it took way longer than it should have to come out. Upon asking the waitress where my appetizer was, she came to the conclusion that she forgot and never put it in. My dinner showed up before my appetizer. In summary, food is good but you’ll probably have to wait awhile to get it.

Food came out slowly, one plate at a time, so we didn’t get to eat at the same time as a family. Had to ask for extra sauce for the wings too, or else they didnt have sauce. Chicken sandwich and tater tots were great though!
