Placed a pick-up order, was told it would be about 20 minutes. Live in Goodman, Mo, no problem. I was told when I got there that the ravioli I ordered didn’t come in the amount I ordered. I looked at an online menu. The manager/lady that looked in charge, had went ahead and adjusted it, fine. Payed for it and sat down to wait. We waited for 20 or 30 more minutes at which my husband asked how much longer or have they even started it. The manager/ lady that looked in charge, went back to ask and was told that they were about to start it. We had already waited long enough, around 50 minutes. We got a refund and left. She told us that the in store orders were first. Why have call ins? I saw a couple that got a ring entree and the spatula fell off with two pieces of the ring falling with it. The waiter took them that ring that has two missing pieces to them and went and got a spatula. Bad business practices. If you order ask how long will it be and don’t take the standard 20 minute wait time. As I waited for my refund a different employee was taking an order and told them it would be an hour. They should have been honest with me. They had my name and phone number, could have called even. If it only happened once in a while but it happens more than not at this place. If I could give them a 0, I would have.

I haven’t tasted the pies yet to tell you about the flavor. Customer service needs a lot of attention. Asked for the special on two larges that Stang’s had posted in their lobby only to be denied the special. I told them that was false advertising and that the signage should probably be pulled or edited. I was told that the cashier’s mom would have her job if she did any adjusting. I have pictures of said special and am going to pursue this matter more. Not a happy customer!

Will not eat here again! Ordered a pizza and salad on Mothers Day 2019. Pizza was NOT done, dough was still raw! The cashier and other workers were to worried about visiting with each other then to take care of the only customer in the store. Sorry but we really didn’t want to listen to your loud mouth talking about things you should not be talking about in front of customers. As you sit there visiting with each other you really should have been cleaning the filthy tables or sweeping the nasty floors. When I asked for a box to take my pizza home so I could finishing cooking it, I had to ask twice because they didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. Then I had to ask for a bigger box because apparently they thought I could put a large pizza in a small box. As the cashier rolled her eyes she and the rest of the employees just left us at the table to go outside to smoke. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I am generally not a fan of thin crust pizza and that is all that was on offer. I did enjoy the slices I had. There’s no real reason to call this a “buffet” because there were very few options. Also,$11 is a lot for what you have on offer.

Great pizza lots of toppings. The cashier was friendly and the buffet was reasonable priced. Sunday Buffet was packed house and they were short staffed only two people but they did the best they could to provide hot fresh pizza. They just kept em coming.

No salad bar, and sometimes the buffet is slow to keep up. It’s cheap and decent though. It’s slowly gotten worse over time. This used to be a decent place to eat in town, but the pizza is usually dry, old, and sparse.

Will not go back for pizza again called in my order for five pizzas 4 pepperoni and one 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 Canadian bacon and pineapple extra cheese on all 5 pizzas. Gave them my name twice and even spelled it for them. Corrected them twice on what I wanted on my pizzas. My son went to pick them up and they couldn’t find my order because they had the name wrong. When he got the pizzas home we had 3 pepperoni 1 pineapple and 1 Canadian bacon and pineapple. No extra cheese on any of them. Mazzio’s for pizza NO THANK YOU!!!!!!

Store used to be decent especially being the only food place that deliveres in the area. Last few times we ordered delivery took them 2 to 3 hours to deliver our food it was cold by the time it got to us so we havent ordered from them in a few months. Just called them at 5:05 to order and was told their delivery driver doesnt get there till around 5:15 and they refused to take a delivery order till their driver was actually in the building place gets more and more ridiculous every time we order used to get something from their couple times a week, wont be bothering with it anymore.

I started out giving a 1 review. My pizza was carry out, and was soggy and not done. I was at work so had to run back and forth. I called and talked to the manager McKayla, I was impressed by how she made things right. She not only refunded me, but made me fresh food.
