We were heading home from Sanford and decided to stop at the drive thru for a chicken sandwich. It was a large chicken breast that was crispy and juicy. The bun was fresh and just the right amount of mayo plus the pickles. I wish the sandwich would have been warmer-it was room temperature. My partners sweet tea was watered down and his potato wedge were not edible more like cold and hard. We did not eat them. Our cashier was very sweet and polite! No wait time on a Sunday afternoon.

I just wanted to take a moment to share how amazing and kind some of the KFC employees have been every time I’ve visited. Candice, Kieth, Andrew, and Issae have consistently gone above and beyond to make my experience special. Each time, they greet me with a smile, and their politeness makes all the difference. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing great service, and their positive energy is contagious. Whether it’s helping with my order or just checking in to make sure everything’s okay, their kindness stands out and really makes my day. It’s rare to encounter such exceptional customer service, and I’m grateful for them every time I stop by!

We popped in to grab a bite in between bathroom remodel and a Lowe’s run. We were greeted by Candace! Well Candace is a little ray of sunshine! She is absolutely awesome, friendly and happy. She got us our order and also made the apple poppers fresh. Thank you Candace you are awesome!

Good luck getting all your food, if you get an equal amount of food to what you ordered Youve hit the jackpot here but your order will be wrong regardless . If they tried to be good as hard as they try to give horrendous service this might be a decent place to eat.

I waited at the counter for a few minutes and the manager came up and took my order. I asked if the combos could be upsized to a large side and he said yes so I ordered a 3 piece dark combo large fries and large drink and then a 3 piece white combo. I didn’t catch the total but when I tapped my card it showed $45 and some change. I asked so it was $45 for 2 combos and he replied our 8 piece meal is $30.00. I told him I didn’t order and 8 piece meal and what I had order so he didn’t say a word but started doing something on the register and then asked me to tap my card for the refund. The refund receipt had a bunch of taco bell stuff on it. I got my food and left and got home and had 2 2 piece dark meals. I drove the 10 minutes back and another guy came up and I asked for the manager and he told me he could assist and went over the issue. Said he was making my chicken and fries fresh and it would be a few minutes. He came back with my stuff and it is on me and not checking it (he seemed like he knew what he was doing and this was my first time here so…) I get 10 minutes back home and I have 2 3 piece dark meals. Each box 2 thighs and a leg. I go back and make the 10 minute drive back again (my drinks are in the refrigerator at hone watering down) and he was in the drive through and I told him I had 2 3 piece dark meals. He came over and repeated what I was supposed to have as 3 piece white and 3 piece dark and I was like yeah but neither box has any white meat both have 2 thighs and a leg. He was like no way and I said yes way. He pulled the boxes out and check and mumbled something as he walked away and came back with a 3 piece white meat. So my husband got chicken that had been sitting for 45 minutes in the driving back and forth and we both got cold soggy fries (even though the replaced them the first time by the second trip back they had been sitting for almost 45 minutes) and watered down drinks. The fries did not get ate and by the time I got home I didn’t even want the chicken. This was my one and only trip to this store as guarantee next time I will go somewhere else. They never once said I am sorry, and when we went back the second trip my husband asked the manager for the number to corporate and he just smirked at him. Very unprofessional and they really need to learn the difference in white meat and dark meat.

Terrible. Waited at counter almost 10 minutes before someone finally took my order. I was the only person in line. The drive thru was busy, and they appeared to be understaffed, so I was willing to cut some slack – they were trying. After ordering my 10 pc nuggets, and waiting another 10 minutes, I was told they were out of nuggets. I asked for my money back but the person didn’t know how to do that. After about 5 minutes, an angry manager came out and gave my money back, but mumbled something derogatory as I turned to leave. Came back again today with my son, I’m a slow learner apparently. Here we are, waiting 13 minutes already for our nugget combo meals. Six out of 16 beverage selections don’t work, no sweetened or unsweetened tea available either. Tables and floors are sticky. Next time we will go to the new chicken place across the highway. Corporate needs to step in here if they want this place to stay open. Lots of new eateries opening up here in Pittsboro to compete with.

They only make food when its convenient for them. Corporate may not like them choosing not to make chicken for customers as early as 5pm. Thats happened multiple times between 5 and 8pm. Half the time only the taco bell menus is available when we go. Hopefully the right people see this and fix it.

Walked in this restaurant and the atmosphere immediately turned me off. The floors and restroom were so nasty!!! No soap in the restroom! How do the employees wash their hands????? You could tell under the tables didn’t get moped they just went around them!!! I don’t know how they had a score of 92 which isn’t great but a lot better than they deserve!!!!! We didn’t order any food we walked out!

Ordered at take out window so I can’t speak about the atmosphere, although the attitude coming through the speaker was surly and curt. Clearly this location was ill prepared for a busy Easter Sunday in a town where it’s well known that everyone gets KFC for part of their holiday meal! Pot pie was sold out and I was informed that they wouldn’t be getting any more “any time soon.” So I ordered a famous bowl and a three piece strips for my son. The strips were tepid at best, the nuggets on the bowl were “spicy,” the cheese was not melty, and the corn tasted a week old. All our food tasted like it had been under a heat lamp a little too long! KFC should be held to a level of consistency that this location blatantly failed.
