After work I’ve placed an order on separate occasions, I’m always told it will be about 20-25 minutes. The food is great. But I don’t know why it always takes such a long time to make a classic Italian beef sandwich? Everything is already done. And I can see the employees sitting around and then once I go in is when I hear them start making my food 🙁 I wait the 25 minutes just to wait an extra 5-7 minutes inside for my food to be prepared. I just want to go home at that point.

Excellent thin crust pizza and yummy breadsticks as well. The crust was perfectly cooked and crispy. The
toppings were fresh and plentiful. The sauce was tasty and was just right. Order was for take out
and was 20 minutes from phone to pickup.
Would highly recommend this place and it will be our go to going forward.

My husband and I had an unexpected emergency and ended up having to get a hotel room to stay and wait out news about our beloved Grandma. To make a long story short… we were exhausted, hungry and looking for a good meal. We had been in and out from the hospital to hotel not eating for a day and a half. We called Louie’s excited by their menu. Our food arrived missing the soup that was immediately reimbursed by the manager but at the time we were unaware. Just thought we were missing soup. I called and was provided info that we were refunded because they were out of the soup. We also did not receive the bread for our bruschetta appetizer 🙁 we called and spoke with the manager who not only delivered the bread himself, but gave us an extra helping of bruschetta and two big bowls of their other soup. To me that is phenomenal service and someone who cares about their customers!
Their food was delicious and huge helpings, providing us with dinner again tonight! Oh my gosh! There tortellini soup, bread and bruschetta is to die for! My salad was enormous and their home made ranch makes me salivate think about it! My husband and I highly recommend Louie Angelo’s and plan to visit there every time we are down visiting. Hard to find a place like this that truly wants to please there customers. Thank you Louie’s!!!!

This was our first time at a Louie Angelo’s. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was our first fast casual Italian experience. I think the food was a little on the pricey side for fast casual, but it was rather good; I’ve been to full service Italian restaurants that weren’t as good. Of course, I’ve been to full service restaurants that were better, too, but those usually cost even more. I’d say the portions and food quality were commensurate for what you’d pay at an equivalent full service place, but more than you might expect, on all counts, for fast casual. We’ll quite liekly be back, but not too frequently.

Louie Angelo’s has been our go-to for over a year. The food is consistent and delicious. The staff are kind, hard-working, and always making sure we are satisfied. We used to get it a few times a month but now go once a week, especially since they offer a wide variety of daily specials. Top notch establishment!

First time ordering from here since new ownership took over of Chicago Pizza. They were very kind and polite and gave me $4 off my pizza which was cool of them. I figured I had to try since I’ve had most in our area. I got the pizza and at first glimpse looked not so amazing…looked like a lot of cheese for me. But trying it I was happily surprised how tasty and good it was! It really has a nice balance of flavor and just a tasty pizza….was much better than I was expecting! So possibly I would try next with a little less cheese maybe, but honestly it was super good so why bother. Better than most in Batavia taste wise. Better to me than Charlie Fox’s, Pal Joey’s, Acquaviva and for sure Riverside too. Happy I tried very professional and polite service which was refreshing too. Definitely worth checking them out.

Wasn’t a fan of the old pizza place that was here but I noticed they had changed owners and decided to give them a try. Grabbed a couple slices at lunch and everyone agreed they were better than any other “by the slice” places. Crust was nice a crisp. A week later I ordered a proper thin crust pizza and have to say that it’s definitely my new favorite in the area.
