This location always messes up salad orders. Most recently, I ordered the grilled chicken salad. There was no chicken in it at all. When I called to complain, I was told to use my gasoline and my time to bring it back. They wouldn’t just refund it. So, their mistake, but I am expected to drive back over there. Then the Subway employee hung up on me. You just lost business with that crappy attitude of yours.

Karlee sold me a Philly cheesesteak. I asked it to be heated up, which they never did. They forgot to turn the lights on. The cheese is still in a whole but she claims it’s hot. The bread was soft never toasted. They claimed it was in the oven then tell me if I want my money back. I have to wait till Monday after I pay them. I will never go back to subways again I’m better off at Jersey Mike’s customer service out. Here is sad.

My husband and I have been at this subway all different times of the day, seen different workers, all of them have good positive attitudes. The sub I got was delicious (BMT, the best) he got the steak. I will definitely be returning. Keep up the good work ladies and gent.

I had an amazing experience at this subway. The two female workers in the morning were extremely kind and had great customer service. The food was so good!! These girls can make a sub!! I will be coming back!

This subway sucks. They have gross old brown vegetables, don’t make the food to the order, and straight up don’t give you the food you paid for. The terrible attitude of the workers is the cherry on top. Skip this one and go across town to the one in Riverdale, they’re great.

Twice I have been here around 9:30. . They close at 10p however the doors are locked and no one answering the phone. Young guy at counter but when see me approaching ducks off to hide. Ridiculous to shut down a whole 30 minutes early. Do better

The worker named Sherri was very disrespectful for no reason at all. She had an attitude the entire time making me and other costumers subs. She was rolling her eyes and huffing the entire time as if she didn’t want to be there. She also gave me staled bread. I am very disappointed with my experience here!!

Upon entering the store, it appeared that the employee was reluctant to assist me, as he audibly sighed. During the process of conveying my sandwich order, he displayed a noticeable attitude. While preparing my sandwich, he handled the ingredients carelessly, as if he had no concern for the quality of service. This experience reflects very poorly on the customer service provided.
