The Water Canyon Cafe! The winery is so beautiful, the wines are fantastic and no sulfates or preservatives whatsoever!! They will show you the row the wine your drinking came from!!!
We live near Las Vegas and have eaten the best foods available and we look forward to eating there! It’s like a Michelin star meal each time we eat there. The food leaves the most amazing flavors in your mouth and the unique dishes and flavor combinations are truly delicious! You will absolutely adore it!

This is without question the best food in southern Utah!
The whole experience of the winery is beautiful — calm, quiet property with good wine and just the friendliest people. It’s a family-owned business and their hard work and love of what they do shows in every detail.
Chef Indy’s food is immaculate — his menu is intentional, fresh, and delicious. The lamb was the best I’ve ever eaten! I requested it cooked however he thought was best and wow did he deliver. The salmon was gorgeous, such a treat to have a really good fish dish all the way out here. The sides would have been amazing on their own, they’re almost too good to call “sides.”
Prices are more than fair, equal to or less than anywhere in Kanab for an infinitely better meal.
Can’t wait to go back again, and again, and try the whole menu!

Chef Indy absolutely wowed us. Every dish was beautifully crafted and bursting with flavor. We arrived early on a Thursday and sat inside, although we did tour the grounds and look forward to dining/sipping outside next. We thoroughly enjoyed our wine tasting followed by dinner. I especially loved the Barbera. We will be back and we plan to stop by on our next trip to Lake Powell.

Chef Indy curated an amazing menu, Nothing on this menu was left to chance, or was a filler, where each dish is paired with it’s sides, and has to be hands down the very best meal I’ve had in all of Southern Utah!
The Onion Soup was our starter and was just a perfect balance of flavors.
The Beef tenderloin, which was expertly cooked, on top of the most delicious and creamy maahed potatoes Ive had and served with perfectly cooked haricot verts!
The lamb chops were not only delicious but very well presented with a fenomenal golden edge, paired with a very complimentary mint sauce and these side of layered sweet and yukon potatoes that was to die for!
A must stop, and will most definitely be back! .Great job!

Water Canyon Winery and the cafe are a phenomenal place to enjoy. The family are all so inviting and wonderful to be around. The wine is fantastic and the food is the best food in all of Washington County and the St George area. If you live in the area, is should be a regular stop, if you’re just passing through, it should be on the travel agenda

Terrible! We got the charcuterie board and a two glass bottle of wine.the wine was ok,not great and the board was Terrible! One slice of cheese and a couple of slices of a pear and a couple crackers are not worth 50 dollars!
