THIS PLACE DOESN’T ENFORCE PROPER HAND WASHING. Literally walked in, the young man working was by soda fountain machine, no hello no acknowledgement. He walked around back and than came into the front, rubbed his face than scratched his head and proceeded to make something. Still didnt even acknowledge me. Rude, horrible!

On Dec 14th, I placed an order on the app for what I thought was delivery. After waiting for a bit I checked the app to see when I should expect it to be delivered. I then realized my mistake and called the store. I explained to the man I talked to that my wife had the car and I couldn’t pick up my order. He told me to call back in two minutes. I did, and was told my order was canceled. The $54.79 was never refunded. Ive called several times and im told to call back when a manager is available. This place is dishonest, and a terrible establishment

This place has to be a front for something.
Went here for the second time in 2 years. Guy walks in from outside, goes to the back, comes out after like 2 minutes, asks “what you want”, throws my food on the bread and is super aggressively rude. Smashes my food into a bag under the napkins that he smashes on top, squishing everything. 1.5 sandwiches that weren’t portioned properly, barely anything on them for $19 is absurd. After we walked out with our almost inedible food, we see a second man come out, and they both hurry into the back again. Scam call center or an illegal front. There’s a reason this place is ALWAYS empty.

The worker who was there on the day of my visit was extremely patient and didn’t give me any attitude whatsoever when I asked for a little bit more of something on my sub. He was the perfect example of what good customer service is supposed to look like.

Subway should update there time if they don’t open at 8am because I went there by 8am and none of the locations were open at 8am. I was craving a sandwich in the morning so please UPDATE your time when you guys do open!!!! thanks.

I started at the Greenbay location. Where the food was made wrong, due to a language barrier unfortunately. However moot point since I didn’t take said food with me becuse of technology issues. Had a digital gift card, QR code wouldnt scan, no way to manually enter the information on their end and Help Desk was less than helpful. I was told to print out the QR code.

I go to the 75th location. Food was made correctly, yay. Once again I find myself unable to pay with the digital QR gift card. I add the gift card to my subway account. Manager can’t bring up the gift card on their end when I enter my account information, the app does not produce any information other than the card exist in my account. Manager tells me to print it out and then they can try to scan it again or they can then enter the numbers manually; said numbers are already under the digital QR code but they apparently can’t enter those numbers. I’m once again told to print it im also told to call customer support. Beyond frustrated at this point I ask for a discount for the inconvenience. I’m told no becuse none of this is their fault because the app and the gift cards are a third party system. I pay with my debit card and leave becuse I’ve now dealt with this for an hour and a half.

Once home I go online to find a customer support phone number. That does not exist, I didn’t however find an email but I have this feeling that that will also be useless. In hindsight I should have also tried using it as an NFC but my efforts have been fruitless thus far.

In-between all of this I also tried using the app to order. They do not allow split tender on the app. I would have to add more money to the digital gift card in order to pay with the gift card at all; which I’ve already been having issues paying with so I opted to avoid adding more money to it.

I will update this review to see how the email situation pans out.

Update: tried using the gift card on an order the next day at the 75th location along with an in app coupon, got a call saying they don’t honor the coupon at their location and that they canceled my order. No where on the app/coupon does it state its subject to location (photo).

Re ordered from the Greenbay location, they took the coupon. Food was made correctly, super friendly staff over there.

Moral of the story Subways gift card system blows, and the location on 75th is trash, avoid it at all costs. Go to the Greenbay location.

This was supposed to be a meatball marinara. There are two meatballs on burnt bread and no cheese. When I reminded them that the sandwich was supposed to be toasted with cheese, he tried to put this BACK into the toaster. Horrendous experience start to finish. Worst location I’ve ever experienced.

It wasnt bad, it has good staff and very clean. But there was something odd about my subway, i dont know what it was but it tasted weird and i always get the same type of subway so i was able to tell something was off.
