I ordered 2 pizzas one ultimate supreme and a stuffed crazy crust pepperoni and none had pizza sauce, I expected to eat a good pizza since I paid $11.99 each, I’ve always order pizza from that little caesars and they had never tasted like this ones. Next time I won’t order from there anymore!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The employees were rude and unprofessional there was no greeting or sense of customer service at the drive-thru, just a blunt “What do you want?” The pizza I received was cold, and the wings were burned. It felt like the staff had no interest in being there. If employees are unhappy in their roles, it reflects directly on the customer experience. Proper training in both food quality and basic customer service is clearly needed here.

Pizza had a huge gap in the bottom as if dough was badly eavened out in pan. I looked at my phone for a while while the guy brought my pizza and instead of saying something like “here you go your card mam” or even a “here is your card” nooo he waved thing until the corner of my eye caught it which was unnecessarily rude. Same with pizza he just moved it instead of saying here is the pizza.

Fed my entire AP & Pre-AP class @ LJ High with the help of Magali and staff. Called in the order for pizza first thing in the AM and they had it ready at the exact time promised. I was able to pickup the food on my lunch break, no problems or hiccups whatsoever. Always great service from this location, glad to finally have a Little Caesars in our community.

I am not one to blast a business but enough is enough. It’s been several times that our drive thru ordrrr is either cooked too well. Or close to burning. This was given to me supposedly its the extra most bestest since my online order of a thin crust was not fulfilled because apparently they did not have to make thin crusts at the moment. & from a person who eats left over pizza that’s exactly what it tastes like. Looks from a day before & it’s only penitas location. I don’t understand what is going on.

Ridiculous that they gave me classic pepperoni pizzas but charged me for the Extramostbestest pizzas. I used to be a GM for Little Caesars and this is utterly ridiculous. I’m seriously so disappointed in this location.

I visit this location since its the closest to my home and I can’t with the staff they have working on here. One they don’t seem to ever charge me correctly. They charge something I never order ever and when I address it they give me attitude or want to make me wait over 15 min. They should do better training and hiring more thoroughly. Cause that isn’t it.! The girl was rude and wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star. Do better little ceasers.

Came to this location last night after a double shift at work. I was thinking, my husband and I could get some pizza because they are supposed to be open until 11:45 pm on a Friday night and we were starving. We pull up to the window at 11:12 and the lady inside looked at us, continued to talk and then eventually and reluctantly came to the window to tell us that they were actually closed. I immediately was confused and said, but you guys close at 11:45 and she smiled and answered “Yeah but we already put everything away.” Like that’s a justification and all. I’m sorry, I worked in fast food, restaurant business and we stay open until that very last minute. How can you close half an hour early?
