Open in the off-season, we were here in February and wanted seafood. Flounder platter was good, fresh & hot. Old bay fries & onion rings were good, sauce that came with it was good too. Parking in the back, the place is next to the car wash.

Chicken is delicious, probably the closest I’ve seen anything get to English’s Restaurant fried chicken. Prices are a little on the upper side, but when considering u can’t get a fast food meal for any less and the food is hot and delicious, then it’s worth it.

Not a good experience
The food was cold. The fish was room temperature. The breading was thick and had separated from the meat. The greens and mashed potatoes were colder than room temperature. Customer service was good. I was less than satisfied.

First- the counter lady was not wearing a mask during the covid 19 pandemic!
Secondly- our chicken , although good in flavor, was taken from a heat box out front. So, the chicken was lukewarm and very dry.
Perhaps I should come closer to lunch time to get something fresh.

I went their today on my lunch break now in all my past experiences the food was ok. I ordered a 2 piece meal with green beans I go outside to eat my food in the car and I see a blackish greenish spot on my chicken leg I pulled the skin back and saw nothing but mold yes I said it mold I was horrified I took the chicken back in to show them and the lady immediately says iam sorry. Now how can food that’s kept in a fridge develop mold and you don’t see it when your battering the chicken . even though she replaced it and apologized I could not bring myself to eat more of that food. I threw the whole meal away. After today I can’t go back this shows me you don’t store your food properly and eating here just might make me sick. Sorry kools I can’t order from here any more

Goulash was not hot, it was dry, and had very very little sauce/meat. Extremely disappointing. Then I pay for my food, go to get drinks and they are literally out of 5/8 soda choices leaving things like diet and Gatorade (EW). The worst part is…. they could’ve told me on the phone when I ordered drinks, that they were out of just about everything. I mean come on, common sense people!!!! Won’t be going back there for a while.
