Very comfortable local watering hole bar. Came here to see Edgeways and Larks Tongue for Prog Night and this is a great place for local live music, as they have a nice outdoor stage as well as a comfortable but narrow indoor area for bands. Drinks were fairly priced and the waitress running the bar was very nice and friendly even with loud music going on. Really easy to step out and come back in to smoke if desired. Would happily come here again.
Just to note if this is your first time here – they don’t have food ! You have to go get food and bring it back or have it delivered but I had no issue bringing in Chinese Food from nearby.

It looks like a hole in a wall the owner is very rude the food is bad and the only time you can get any real service is on Fridays when their best bartender is there she is a peach everyone else that works ther are rude and very uptight….. maybe you picked the wrong job my guy

Teddy is the man! Takes his holiday decorations to the next level. Always a fun group of people there. Wonderful outdoor section as well with a superb drinking tent.

All in all an ok place. They open at 10 which i like because i work overnight.
The pros- the beer was cold, the bartender was attentive and the bathroom was clean.
Cons- the clientele, the female bartender who consistently burps louder then i have ever heard before and the fact that it’s basically an unemployment office.
Maybe at night it’s a different atmosphere, so I’ll give it another shot

Friendly old school bar. Mix of young and older patrons. Pool table, karaoke on Friday nights. Special events outside during the summer. Great bartenders. Owner is a pillar of the community supporting local businesses and holding charity events.

If you just want a cocktail or a beer, this is the place. It’s not pretentious and never would pretend to be. There’s a food truck out back that serves the classics and, fairly well I might add. The bartenders are friendly and they get some decent local music in! It might be a mini high school reunion, but if it’s just a drink you want, it’ll definitely do.

A great place to hang out and have a few. Only food options are The Boat (when available), frozen pizza, pretzels, chips, beef jerky. Outside food permitted or you can have something delivered. Owner and Bartenders are awesome!!!

In town for a wedding googled places near me, so happy I came in. Teddy the owner is not only kind and attentive, he’s absolutely a joy to talk to! Instantly a place I wish I could frequent but I don’t live in the state. If you’re in town, definitely stop by! Family owned and welcoming!

This is the only bar where I’ve ever truly felt comfortable! I mainly go for the open mic on Tuesdays and when there’s live music on Fridays. The community that is formed their has enriched my life, it really feels like my own version of Cheers.
