I have noticed a distinct decrease in quantity of sandwich bread size/ingredient quantity in the last 6 months. No longer a better value than making it yourself. Sorry JJs, this location does a great job but the cost/benefit doesn’t weigh correctly for me anymore. Best of luck.

I had ordered for delivery and realized they forgot my chips. I called back and they instantly offered to delivery me just a bag of chips and also added a cookie for free. Excellent Service!! The girl that delivered my food was soooo sweet and apologetic!! Very Impressed❤️

Jimmy johns in apple valley is one of my favorite locations . The employees always give warm welcomes . My sandwich is always ready before I finish paying! Let’s talk about freaky fast service. All I can say is mistakes happen. A tonight Jimmy John’s manager was really nice about solving the incorrect sandwich. A driver even came I’m out to the house to deliver. While my child opened the bag to find 2 free cookies out in there. Very thoughtful Jimmy John’s and Thank you.

Doesn’t matter if you order ahead on the app… you will still wait 20 minutes. This is the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been too. Multiple trips where I’ve waited 20 minutes for a sandwich. I’ve tried ordering ahead and also in store after I watched them make everyone waiting in lines sandwiches before mine even though my order was placed 20 minutes earlier.
