I wish I could tell you how good the food is, but I can’t, as whoever answered my call rudely shut down our requests to buy anything. He was entirely unacommodating to helping us find a delivery location they could meet us at, as my residence is just outside their range, but I was willing to meet them halfway if it meant less driving. Unfortunately trying to work something out results in getting hung up on. Twice. I can understand not being able to meet a request, but this customer service is literally the worst I’ve experienced.

Ordered for delivery at 7. Said delivery would be 7:30. It came at 9:00 and was cold cheese sticks and you could actually count the sausage on the pizza… 15 little pieces and no olives or onions. It was very sad. Frozen pizza would actually have been better.

Walked in and genuinely thought this location had been abandoned. One employee working, wearing a mask, and a handwritten note slapped on the counter that said “John called in sick hopefully he comes back” — written like it was done by a bored preschooler with a crayon. We stood there for five full minutes trying to figure out if this was a joke, a prank, or some kind of low-budget reality show.
Sadly, it was real. The employee had zero clue what he was doing, zero professionalism, and zero urgency — like he accidentally wandered behind the counter and decided to stay. The entire experience was awkward, embarrassing, and honestly pathetic. This place is being held together by bad handwriting and blind hope.
I’ll still eat Papa John’s, but this specific location should be studied as an example of how not to run a business. Absolute train wreck.

Papa John’s is my go-to for commercial takeout pizza. I don’t think any of the other chains compare. Also. They typically have good deals. You can get through their app and website.

I have given this store so many opportunities to make things right. Tonight was the absolute worst service ever. I ordered around 7 and asked for my pizza to be delivered at 9:30pm. At 9:45pm I called and asked where my food was and was met by a hostile employee who said they did not have a driver and would call door dash and I would get my food in a bit. When I complained he yelled at me so I yelled back. This is ridiculous. At what point are they going to get properly trained and staffed? I got my pizza after 10pm and it was cold and not what I ordered. How is this remotely acceptable?

I normally order from pizza hut or domino’s.. I thought I would try Papa John’s tonight.Never had it before… I spent $65.00 on pizza. I literally ate a half a piece. This was by far the worst pizza I have ever had. My family would have been much better off had I gone to the store and bought frozen pizza. A complete waste of money. I will never again eat a papa john’s pizza or throw away my money on it. 1000% disappointment It won’t let me post this without putting a star up but I feel like even putting one star is completely lying..

Had to wait over an hour for our pizzas and then come to find out they had been sitting there the whole time. They were cold and I ordered a medium and large they were both mediums. I tried calling them instead of putting this review but, they kept putting me on hold and leaving me there. Very disappointed because our first visit was excellent.

I ordered via the app pretty late about 10:35 pm. I called at 11 because I noticed the location closed then. They didn’t answer but Tyler called me right back and informed me he was waiting for a DoorDash driver but if they didn’t come soon he’d bring it himself. Although it wasn’t the time I expected it, Tyler informed me of the delay and was very honest about it. By 11:39 PM Tyler was at my door delivering my order. For this I just want to say thank you. Most places would’ve cancelled the order and left us hungry but Tyler exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with my experience
