I then pulled into the drive-thru to let them know I was there, thinking it would still take a few minutes, since I’d just entered my order. The team member at the window asked me to pull just forward to the edge of the bldg. to wait for my food to come out, so I pulled up and stopped there.
And waited… and waited… and waited. There was 1 customer seated inside, and a few came and went while I was still waiting there. Figured maybe they had a lot of mobile orders ahead of me, so I waited.
After more than 15 minutes (it’s “fast” food, remember), I parked and went inside, where I waited some more at the counter, despite 2 team members seeing me standing there. I thought maybe they’d made a mistake and my order was waiting inside at at the pickup/delivery station… nope, nothing there.
I got a team member’s attention, and she asked my name – I could literally see my order 1st in line on the digital screen above, and I’d been there more than 20 mins by now. She said, oh, I was just going to make that – WHAT?! What do you mean “just” going to make it – 20 minutes after I’d entered my order AND checked in at the drive-thru window to confirm I was there.
She then kept trying to tell me the strips had “just come up” (they do NOT take 20 mins to make – ever. Nothing but excuses. The food still gets 3 stars b/c… it’s KFC, but unfortunately, this location gets 1 very generous star, and I’ll likely never go to this location again – unacceptable.
This is pretty pathetic on their part to mess up my order this bad.
What has happened to KFC they used to be so good, and now they’re horrible. Also, it took three workers to get one order straight
I do not recommend this place at all.
Never felt so threatened, this employee needs to do some more training.
Then I ordered Uber Eats 10/31/25, took over an hour and then the Uber driver was told “we don’t have food”. Again lazy because it was not closed yet and my order was in for over an hour.
Corporate need to fire some people because this location was never this bad until recently.
