I ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich and a pot pie but received a mess instead of my food. They gave me two sandwiches that weren’t even made correctly. Just chicken soaked in sauce on a bun. Supposed to have mayo and pickles, too. The pot pie wasn’t there and replaced by a second nasty sandwich. Plus they gave me Pepsi instead of Dr Pepper. Extremely disappointed!

I generally do not make a habit of reviewing fast food places… unless… they really stand out, positive or negative. I hadn’t had KFC in years, but I was hungry, and it was after dinner hour, so i used the app to put in a simple chicken strips meal order, while I was sitting in the parking lot.

I then pulled into the drive-thru to let them know I was there, thinking it would still take a few minutes, since I’d just entered my order. The team member at the window asked me to pull just forward to the edge of the bldg. to wait for my food to come out, so I pulled up and stopped there.

And waited… and waited… and waited. There was 1 customer seated inside, and a few came and went while I was still waiting there. Figured maybe they had a lot of mobile orders ahead of me, so I waited.

After more than 15 minutes (it’s “fast” food, remember), I parked and went inside, where I waited some more at the counter, despite 2 team members seeing me standing there. I thought maybe they’d made a mistake and my order was waiting inside at at the pickup/delivery station… nope, nothing there.

I got a team member’s attention, and she asked my name – I could literally see my order 1st in line on the digital screen above, and I’d been there more than 20 mins by now. She said, oh, I was just going to make that – WHAT?! What do you mean “just” going to make it – 20 minutes after I’d entered my order AND checked in at the drive-thru window to confirm I was there.

She then kept trying to tell me the strips had “just come up” (they do NOT take 20 mins to make – ever. Nothing but excuses. The food still gets 3 stars b/c… it’s KFC, but unfortunately, this location gets 1 very generous star, and I’ll likely never go to this location again – unacceptable.

Every time I come here for an Uber Eats delivery, I always have to wait 25 minutes or more for the customers order. There are always other customers in the restaurant complaining on the wait as well. The manager seems more focused on making her young colleagues laugh rather than apologizing to the customers for the long wait.

Hot wings are the new thing yet every time I stop by Ampm they are always out ! The workers said year it’s made to order can wait 10 mins or so . , so the gym don’t have a lot of waste ! Wow just. Wow and on top that customer service sucks ! I mean damn if u hate customers u should have stayed in school and got a better job ! How do these people have jobs with bad attitudes!?

I ordered an eight piece Family meal for $23.99. went home to find out I was giving the wrong order. I had to drive back another 30mins from and to this location. The manager Ashley did not even apologize of the mistake the costumer service made. Also find out KFC no longer offer Mac and cheese and run out of kfc hot sauce too. I’ve ordered KFC many years in this location since is by my job site. Did not had this mistreatment, where the customer service giggles and ignores my concern. Horrible service, horrible management.

Ordered mash and gravy only got mash. Paid 25 cents each for 3 sauces didn’t get any of them. I was doing drive thru and wanted to get home fast to keep the food hot so I didn’t check the bag.

This is pretty pathetic on their part to mess up my order this bad.

Whoever owns or manages this franchise needs to retrain their staff on basic customer service. The drive-thru employee had a smart-ass attitude and spoke in a very unprofessional manner. I refused to place an order and preferred to drive 12 minutes to another KFC location instead. Poor service costs business, and this location definitely proved that.

The service here in a popka was horrible. Waited 20 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches at the drive up when we received the food. It was cold. The girl told us the col. Pull up by the sign, and nobody ever came out. And it’s been another 20 minutes.
What has happened to KFC they used to be so good, and now they’re horrible. Also, it took three workers to get one order straight
I do not recommend this place at all.

I walked in through an open door at 9:35 PM and was ordering at the self serve and a big colored man came at me from behind the counter saying it was closed. I was sure he was going to get physical and while I walked out, he followed me out yelling with threats and supposedly calling the Police.
Never felt so threatened, this employee needs to do some more training.

Terrible customer service! Two back experiences in a row. First I was denied to have an all wing bucket, even though I was willing to wait and pay an up charge. Quote “we don’t do that”. Really just was being lazy cause I make this order numerous times.

Then I ordered Uber Eats 10/31/25, took over an hour and then the Uber driver was told “we don’t have food”. Again lazy because it was not closed yet and my order was in for over an hour.

Corporate need to fire some people because this location was never this bad until recently.
