1st time and last time eating here unless I get dragged back. Definitely a big swing and a miss for me as an overall experience. I got the shredded beef burrito plate tonight and it was dry and very bland tasting with very little beef. It was 15 bucks for basically two tortillas with rice and refried beans inside and then another serving of the same meh rice and very subpar bean paste on the side.
The service was also unfortunately less than adequate. The guy that helped us was not overtly rude but definitely seemed annoyed that we were there and not in a very helpful mood. Got the same impression from the girl working the lobby. Neither seemed to care at all about customer service.
The only real positives about the experience were excellent fountain Diet Dr Pepper, good green sauce that gave my dry burritos a little moisture, and a clean lobby. Portion size was good but the food was so under flavored we wasted quite a bit.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; there are too many other places excelling in both tasty food and good customer service to give my hard earned money away more than once to a place that doesn’t hold themselves to higher standards.

Hands down, best hard shell tacos around! Shredded beef was very well seasoned and the shells, absolutely perfect. The chili verde burrito has some of the most flavorful pork I’ve ever had. Staff were very friendly, restaurant was absolutely spotless. This has become my new favorite restaurant literally overnight! 2x in 2 days. Will be making this return frequently!

Let me start off by saying that I’m a very picky eater. I absolutely love tamales and I heard the ones they made here were great so I had to try them out myself. They were phenomenal. Found out that they make their own tamales and that’s why they are so amazing. It’s hard to find good quality food nowadays, I am glad I found this place. I will definitely be coming back!

My family and I really enjoy the food at this restaurant and go there often is in Saratoga Springs. I went there after work on 02/24/26 to buy some food to take home for my family, I ordered a grilled chicken burrito, but the woman taking the order said they only had shredded chicken cooked with tomatoes and onions burrito, my little boy won’t eat the tomatoes and onions and thats how this chicken is cooked, I asked her if they could make a grilled chicken burrito instead, she said NO. I asked her why, she said “is not possible ” I saw that they sell fajitas on the menu, so I asked her if they could use that chicken for the burrito, she said aging NO, so I offered to pay extra for that chicken and aging she refused saying “Not possible”so I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said they don’t have supervisor (no wonder) so I asked to speak to the cook, luckily he was close by and came to take care of the issue. The whole time this woman (I believe her name is Reyna) was taking my order, she was touching her face, mouth, nose, hair and with her huge acrylic nails she was scratching her head, which I found to disgusting. The cook was very nice and said they do sell grilled chicken burritos and that No I don’t have to pay extra for that. As I was waiting at one of the tables, I could see her in the back taking phone orders and helping with putting food in bags grabbing salsas etc while touching her face scratching her head and nose, not once did she wash her hands during this whole time, I recorded her for 4 min while waiting, she did not stop touching her face, not for a minute, she was laughing and sharingwith customers that I was given them a hard time. Seriously!? When the cook came to give me my food, I told him to check the camaras and see how she won’t stop scratching her head and touching her nose mouth and face. He apologized and said that she was newer and that he had asked her to apologize but she refused. So I asked for the owners name and phone #, he said to call the restaurant the next day, that Nora the owner would be there around 10am. So I did, asked for Nora, gave them my name and told the guy who answered the phone I needed to speak to the owner about an issue that happened the night before, he couldn’t have been more rude, he said what do you want? I again said I need to speak to the owner, he said she wasn’t there, so asked to speak to a supervisor/manager he said they have no supervisors and no managers, so I asked when the owner would be there so I could call back, he said they owners hardly ever go to the restaurant, hard to believe but that what he said. So with no one to speak to I told him, I will give you my phone number to have the owner contact me. All I wanted was to report what happened and how discussed I felt after seeing that woman do what she did and how unprofessional and rude she was. He again asked me “and what do you want?” I repeated myself and then told him I was going to report this to the HD because nothing was do ne by them. A little later I received a call from a women saying she was the owner (she was not) because she didn’t even now the name of the owner had been given to me, and that was not her name. Long story, but beware of the sanitary conditions of this place and the people who work there. As for me, I’m sad I won’t be able to trust this place again and very frustrated for being mistreated and lied to.

Pros: friendly staff, lots of choices, lots of tables, highchairs available and a variety of sauces that are well favored.
Cons: price is a little high for the food quality, the sauces have no labels, that would be nice, we just tried them all. The corn tortillas were not oiled, and lacked any corn flavor.
Overall, we are glad we tried it, and wish them luck in their new business!

While the dining area may a bit on the smaller size, it feels perfect for the amount of usual traffic. The prices are great, the food is always amazing, and the staff are always nice and fast. Lately, to feed myself, my wife, and my daughter, we’ve been spending at least $60. We all just got plenty of food and drinks for just over $40. Amazing value!

We just visited this restaurant and had an ok time. The food flavors were good but the portions were tiny, especially for the price. The pictures on the menu seemed MUCH larger than we got. There are multiple other Mexican restaurants in Lehi and Saratoga Springs with larger portions and lower prices, and food that is just as good or better. I would go to La Fountain or Betos instead of here.
Also lots of people said the salsa bar was great, but out was very lackluster. The labels on the 4 sauces were spicy, kind of spicy and mild and the last one had no label at all. It would have been great to have a description AND a spicy level, abs more choices. And the drink machine had no ice and the water dispenser was shooting water in 3 different directions. I doubt this place will still be in business in a year.

The Chile Verde burrito is my all time favorite burrito I have ever had in my life. Spicy, very savory with the most flavorful Chile Verde(pork) meat you will ever have. I couldn’t decide if I loved this burrito or my favorite Indian place and I’ve never done that before.
We always place our pick up orders on door dash and then pick it up when ready.
The sauces are delicious and very spicy, my favorite is the creamier green one. So good.
I don’t like refried beans really at all but I LOVE theirs and that’s shocking.
We come here as often as we can, thank you so much for making the best pork on the planet!

AMAZING experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made everything even better. The food? Phenomenal. I’m seriously so excited there’s finally a New Mexican spot like this—no more Rancheritos or Betos for me!
I got the carne asada plate, and it came with beans, rice, and a drink for only $8.99! Such a steal. I went with my boyfriend and he was just as impressed—he ordered the carne asada fries and a taco, and loved every bite. Their salsa spot is so cool too. It’s very clean and all the salsas were very yummy.
We’d recommend adding chopped cilantro & onion though!
Everything was super reasonably priced and tasted homemade. 100/10 recommend. Do yourself a favor and check this place out—you won’t regret it! 🙂

I was hopeful for a nice sit down restaurant, but overall had a really great experience for casual dining. Met the manager who was awesome. Facility was very very clean, price points were great, and most importantly the food was SUPER tasty. I had the shredded beef enchiladas and they were everything I wanted. Amazing flavor, 10/10.
Had a few bites of my husband’s super nachos, which were also something I’ll order again.
I’m so glad they’re here in Saratoga, we’ve found our spot for cravings; we’ll definitely be regulars!
