Gas station level customer service at a subway. The guy behind the counter was simultaneously yapping away in a foreign language on his AirPods while trying to take my order and didn’t really seem very focused on trying to communicate with me. Felt more like an open air market in Bangladesh than a subway in USA. Do not go here.

Subway is always good. I always get the turkey sub. Boyfriend got a chicken bacon ranch sub. Both were footlongs, both meals. Subs were very good, and the guy who made them was very nice. We got them to go and we were in and out within 10 minutes. We typically come to this Subway and have never had a problem. The ONLY complaint I have is that we observed that the cheese they had (yellow slices) looked HARD. Like they had been sitting out way too long. It was gross.

Brought in a coupon and they said they couldn’t do a number 11 but yet if I make my own the same way it’s fine?! Yeah this store is poorly ran with horrible employees who sit on their phone and don’t listen to you. They still have the metal cover up covering the meat. They don’t put any meat on your sandwich. This store needs to be shut down asap or needs new employees. Fix your restaurant before you have no customers

I asked before I even ordered if they accept the coupons. He said yes. He gave me very little portions of the vegetables. I asked for tomatoes he gave me 5 slices but they were tiny tomatoes so it covered very little. He proceeded to ring me up, did not even put in the coupon making the order 2x what it should have been and it was wild being lied to. He kept almost throwing away my coupon in front of me but kept stopping when he saw me watching.
He snatched the receipt away before I could even look at it and didn’t give my coupon back either after just straight up lying and giving me almost crumbs.
He was training a girl to put things on sandwiches that were covered in frost from the freezers and put only 4 small slices of cucumber on the sandwich of the girl behind me in line. She didn’t ask for less or extra, but the skimping on portions where other subways don’t give you that little. Paying almost 13$ for a single sandwich youd think they could afford to actually give you a decent portion of the vegetables instead of the baby portion.
And asking for parmesan before toasting results in him rolling his eyes and huffing like you’ve asked something extremely unreasonable.
I normally tip. I refuse to tip for someone stealing my coupon while lying to my face and treating me like a nuisance and especially the skimping. Bought a tomato on the way home to cut up and put more slices on there because there was *that* much of a skimp. I didnt ask for a bucket of tomatoes just enough to have some with every bite .
He charged for extra meat but the meatballs for my husband’s sandwich were 6 spread out on the sandwich where the base portion is 8 according to several people i knew who used to work at subway.
I was hoping after having a similar experience a couple years ago after the owner change would have been different this time, but this time was actually worse.
Genuinely baffled why he’d take my coupon and lie instead of having a sign saying they don’t take coupons and just saying no.
Terrible. Really disappointing since it’s awfully hard to ruin a make your own sandwich but they managed to do just that.
Store was pretty clean looking though i will give them that. A lot of the vegetables were covered in the freezer frost so it seems they store them uncovered and the sandwich definitely tasted like it too.

The gentleman owner, came to my car and took the order… Returned it to me with much kindness. At 74 years of age, I am handicapped and with the phone call I made to him, I received the utmost best of care, accompanied by the preparations of his hands. My Subway sandwich was made perfect as I ordered and it was delightfully fulfilling and delicious. Because of all the extra effort he made to accommodate my need to eat, I have been back to visit with him on several occasions. As a result of my initial encounter of his kind accommodation and food, I will continue to visit his store in the future.

They have never honored any subway coupons I’ve brought in and always say the sub doesn’t “fit the requirements” or that their company doesn’t take it, although the coupons clearly state otherwise… Be prepared for them to turn your coupon down. If you’re not going to take coupons put up a sign stating so smh

Normally, I like this place ,but I guess there’s new owners, because it has changed for the worse. The workers seemed lost and untrained. There’s no bread display, you have to ask what’s available. The portions are MUCH smaller than they used to be. My sandwich was so skinny and sad. I asked for spinach, and the guy put 3 tiny leaves on! We tried the new churro. It was not good at all, very ready, with very little cinnamon/sugar. We each took one bite, threw the rest away, yuck! They never smiled. We won’t be back.

The servers were nice and friendly, and my order was done promptly. However, the sandwichs were skimpy on the meat. My 6-inch tuna was only one scope of meat. Don’t come here they have a metal cover-up, so you can’t see them put meat on your sandwich.

Franchise store, owner is very rude. Went online to purchase a new sub that comes with double meat. Subway sent me a coupon to incentivize using the website to place the order for a 6 inch sub. As soon as I walked in and said my name on the order, the owner (who was working alone) raised his voice and said he would not honor the coupon again and should have cancelled mine. I informed that other stores in the area have honored corporate coupons like this yet he yelled over and argued against me. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened with this location. I’ve been told by people who work at this restaurant that nobody wants to work for him for how he treats them. I cannot confirm this is the case, but I can imagine it. This store needs to work with corporate about what coupons they will and will not take instead of making the customer feel stupid and wrong for simply existing in his space. I will travel to another sub shop instead next time.
