I’m not sure what’s going on with this location. This the only location where the fries taste extremely stale. On top of the sandwich’s taste a little odd as well like the Roman burger. Never had these problems at other locations they always taste hot and fresh.

Normally this restaurant is pretty solid. The employee taking care of me today was very pleasant, but the food was, sad to say, barely edible. Fries were cold and soggy, cheese sauce was cold and congealed, and the cheese steak was so greasy it melted the bread and was not up to usual standards. I may give this store a while before I go back, if I do so.

I haven’t had me hero in years and my family decided to go to the place to try and see what they had again and enjoy a meal. While eating I found hair in my fries and at the bottom of the bag. I was disgusted and thinking about how I just not potentially ate someone else’s hair. I almost got sick and took my families food and tossed all of it and we went home and just decided to cook. I understand this experience isn’t what everyone has had but this is what I had and it I will not be going back again.

$4.45 for an unimpressive “large” fry and cheese sauce. For 50 cents more I should have gone somewhere else and got a large 1top pizza. One of the staff had her 7 y/o child behind the counter.

Everything was good.
My only real gripe is the cost. There are other places with better food for the same or less money… but sometimes you just need a hero. Also, hot cheese sauce and fresh wafer fries are pretty hard to beat!

Went and got a hot butter sandwich and tots. I took one bite and it tasted like soap or sanitizer. It was so gross that I spit it out. And the tots had the same issue. It was $13 for soapy food.

Service was fast and professional inside.
Sub had no parmesan sauce on it at all. Very bland.
I believe one of the managers was present, I also heard arguing among employees in the background, while waiting for my sandwich.
There’s always the other manager a lovely lady dark hair.. When she is at work to quality of sandwiches seem to be better, always.
Hopefully it would be better next time.
