Handel’s has delicious ice cream! We love the Graham Central Station! Tonight, Jacqueline went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. My little boy was struggling to find what he wanted because he couldn’t see the flavors. He described what he wanted and she made it perfectly. She was so kind and patient! I am so thankful for this wonderful experience!

Wow. Now THIS is an ice cream shop. It’s huge, staffed with almost a dozen workers, and filled with endless lines of customer despite the extremely fast service and turnaround time.
And because it’s got it all, it can be hard to decide what to get, but my friend already had the Monkey Business in mind (banana ice cream with brownies, chocolate sauce and nuts mixed in). The sound of “banana ice cream” did not seem at all appealing to me, but she was undeterred and continued to sing high praises.
We got it pretty quick, asked for extra spoons, and within a few minutes, it was almost devoured (see photo evidence attached). It’s not at all banana-y in the bad sense, and the chewiness of the cake, the crunchiness of the nuts, and the gooeyness of the syrup paired very well together in a delicious mess.
My only gripe is about this place is for more seating (indoors or outdoors) and that it should smell more like waffle cones. Why doesn’t it smell like waffle cones?!

Generous servings of delicious ice cream for a reasonable price. A small cone got three scoops, and the Four Scoop Sampler actually had two scoops of each of the four flavors.

Out of the icecream i wanted. The hurricane icecream shake didn’t have large pieces of candy and it was too blended. I could see them scraping the bottom of the tub and using less. Too much marshmellow cream in it.

I am consistently disappointed in this handel’s location. The quality of the ice cream is lower than others. The strawberry ice cream scoop i got tasted like mint. In my first bite i was caught off guard and thought it was maybe the ice cream scoop that as used, but I dropped that thought once I continued to taste it throughout the entire cup. It is concerning to me since I have celiac that the cross contamination is strong. And i have a very large distaste for anything mint flavored. I was extremely disappointed. Maybe the entire tub the strawberry ice cream was in previously had some kind of mint ice cream. Perhaps use the same tubs or clean them out better. Not sure what this issue is, but I will always think twice before going to this location in the future now.

This Handels is definitely one of the better ones! The workers are so kind and efficient even when there are large crowds. They know how to get things done and always have the best flavor choices each month! Would recommend!

The employee Holden was so nice, he was so helpful and willing to help! He gave me a compliment that brightened my day! Even though i came in around closing, he still was just so kind and didn’t show how annoyed he could’ve been working food (I’ve worked in food so i understand). Tell your employees to take notes. Holden is incredible!

If you have a hankering for ice cream, this is where you want to go. I got the four scoop sampler. It’s a great deal. Huge scoops. All four flavors were delicious. I think my favorite was the cherry.

Top notch ice creamery! They make all their ice creams and ices right there in the store! No frozen product being shipped to them from some corporate kitchen.
They are an Ohio-based ice cream shop hence the name of their Buckeye flavor. I stopped in during a slower time and the staff was very friendly and accommodating of my many questions.
They do offer samples if you want to try a flavor or two before purchasing. The quality of the ice cream is very high. It’s actually a gourmet ice cream.
They even have Frosty Paws on the menu for our furry friends. So dog owners can buy their pups a safe, healthy treat safe for canines when the humans get a tasty treat of their own.

I like that they have multiple non or low dairy options, but their normal options are either boring or weird. Good icecream overall, and great portion sizes, but who puts chocolate chips in cotton candy?
