Came in friday with my son. We order a medium pizza which was insane it only costed me 6.99$ and a cina bread? either way amazing. The staff felt like they enjoyed their jobs. As if they were having fun despite the order pouring in. 10/10 will recommend to everyone.

Went in last night to pick up food for myself and my friends, girl behind the counter absolutely reeked of weed and wasn’t very friendly. I asked one of the other employees and he said her name is Jay and they’ve had other complaints about her. I dont mind smelling a little bit of something on someone out in public, but this wasn’t a little, it smelled like she had just stepped out of a hotboxed car. Completely unprofessional.

Absolutely fantastic pizza! This Marco’s location is on par with the rest of the chain. Very good pizza at a reasonable price. Always impressed with Marco’s Pizza and the Mason Ohio location really hits home.

The crew that normally works on tuesday is definitely the A Team. One of the managers with the darker oiled back hair took care of me and answered the few questions I had about how the way they prepare the dough and it’s so cool! Rockstar of a staff.

I got my pizza around 12pm. I absolutely love BOGO Tuesday and The opening manager, Cameron was very Polite and made my food quick and it looked very delicious! Will be coming back!

Very hostile front of house staff member (larger white female at the register) Apparently asking to adjust the online order your wife erroneously made is labeled as being “rude to their workers” Sorry that i didnt want to keep the 20% tip for picking up my own pizza. The ultimatum of keeping the original tip amount or being forced to cancel the order and leave without my pizzas was quite comical to hear. I’ll be going elsewhere for my generic pizza orders. Unbelievable…

Not much to report… it’s a pizza place and they have good pizza. Service good… but really hard to tell from just a few minutes interaction. Atmosphere? Well, it’s a pizza joint! Whaddya expect? Gold napkins and silver plates? I’d give it an 89 out of a possible 100.

Rudest delivery driver that I have ever encountered. He started barking at me and talking over me as soon as he exited his vehicle because he didn’t want to walk through a little snow to get to my door. So he decided it was acceptable to leave my food on my vehicle in 20 degree weather and drive off. I noticed that this location has several one star reviews for rude employees and poor customer service. Not sure why the owner of this location is tolerating rude behavior from their employees and the customers have to deal with it.
