I was hoping the recent reviews were wrong. They were not. I requested and paid for extra protein which I did not receive. Sandwich was disgusting. Threw away after one bite. Avoid this franchise at all costs.

Saw a lot of bad reviews about the sandwiches.

Mine weren’t great, but honestly I feel like it’s the type of sandwiches I ordered.

When I received my order it was very disappointing. There was hot salad with what looks to be baked cheese and no salad dressing with way too much black pepper. My sandwich had the wrong ingredients and drop of meat, it even had pepper which I did not request. And to top it off the Chocolate chip cookie and Sun Chips for my order were not in the bag. This was an epic fail and bad customer service. It was door dashed to me so I had no way of returning the items and I was only refunded $3.60 for the missing items and salad dressing. Who wants to eat a room temperature welted lettuce from a place that’s tells you your food is guaranteed to be fresh. This location is terrible.

I would appreciate if someone from corporate can contact me. My daughter was accused of trying to steal a soda, was made to wait there while they went & checked the camera & then told her that she was good & could leave. She didn’t apologize to my daughter. My husband & I went up there to talk to them & they were rude, loud & called the police because we said we wasn’t leaving until they gave us the number to corporate which they refused to do. My daughter had her own money & paid for her food & why would she try to steal a soda. And instead of them listening, they just wanted to overalk us..

Food is regular subway food, with a view of the campus. The staff here are super friendly. I overheard their conversation with a Chinese student. She was having trouble ordering her food in English, and the staff was very patient and helped her out by telling her the English words she wanted to say. It was heart-warming. Peace <3.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed my order online for delivery thru the subway app. My order took a hour and a half to arrive and first my food look like it’s been sitting and over a hour. Second my order was prepared wrong. Third I did get my whole order. When I called the restaurant a guy said it’s nothing he can do be he just got there and they’re busy and that I should call back on Monday and quickly hung up!! I paid $30 for trash.

I usually think that reviews complaining about staff behavior are overexaggerted at most places… not here though. I have never had a positive experience with staff here. Despite being friendly and efficient, workers at the restaurant are exceptionally rude. I don’t expect over the top politeness, and everyone has their off days (usually I just accept this and move on), but the staff yell at customers, roll their eyes, and are just generally curt. One student in front of me with an obvious stutter (who was also being berated by a worker for taking too long) was loudly made fun of by workers when I went to the other end to pick up my sandwich. Like other have said, if this wasn’t the only sandwich location on campus, it would have been out of business a long time ago.

Sometimes I wonder if the some employees in the Subway at, Washington University can read or need glasses sandwiches are always jacked up, pizza is never cut, they don’t put what you asked for, on your sandwich nor your pizza, and the new employees there are rude as hell
