Came for a birthday celebration meal on a Saturday at 3pm. The location had no customers, just staff, which was cool just odd. Staff was friendly. Environment was clean. Food arrived and it was okay. We tried multiple option from burgers, chicken tenders, quesadilla to pasta and it all lacked flavor. We were happy with our drinks and shakes, those were a huge hit at the table.
Although the drinks and shakes were great we will not return and would recommend others to try elsewhere.

We absolutely loved our experience here. We brought our granddaughter for her 13th birthday here at ala moana location. Prices reasonable as they provide generous portions. Drinks, amazing! Obviously that’s the signature. Birra tacos were tasty, a bit disappointed not a hint of spicy, as it tasted to be made with mole, but it was good. The pesto pasta was creamy and flavorful. Granddaughter loved the flaming burger. It was so beautiful inside and great photo opportunities. Our waiter was Rob, he deserves Kudos! Very attentive and helpful with menu. Can’t wait to go again! Definitely recommend! It’s a fun place!

Suggest waiting, currently not worth the visit.
Staff was okay, not very upbeat. Our server gave accurate descriptions of food. Music was so loud it was difficult to hear people at the same table. My children couldn’t even hear each other.
Our appetizer and two entrees can out at the same time. Another entree came out at same time as shake. Some food that should have been hot was cold.
The appetizer plate had the issue of some items being hot and others like the had been sitting around and got cold. Had it been fresh I believe we would have enjoyed it.
Beef quesadillas themselves were hot and tasty, some of the sides were an embarrassment to serve. The Mexican rice was impossible to figure out what is was and the guacamole was brown. 100% should not have been served.
Burger and fries were pretty standard. The burger was so so and the skinny fries were the biggest hit of the meal.
Margarita flatbread was good, though it wasn’t cut through.
Only one of party order dessert before any food was delivered at the server’s request. The other two people decided not to order due to the disappointing meal.
The staff at the restaurant didn’t seem to try to fix anything unless asked multiple times. You never want to complain about food someone is making in the back that you are going to eat.
If the place wasn’t new I would give it one or two stars. Looks great in photos, however quality is not there.

It was a friendly atmosphere when we arrived. Placed our order after 15 to 20 minutes. Patiently waited for a little over an hour for our food. Never received the appetizer. When the food arrived everything was cold and burnt. Very disappointed and didn’t expect the outcome. Had to leave due to low blood sugar level and inedible food. Would not recommend it at all! The kitchen manager was kind. 2/10. Appetizer plates were dirty as well as water cups

Everything is sub par. I think to much hype for what it is. Food was alright, but it seems that they still continue to be missing items from their menu. Understandably the first time I came here from a few days of their grand opening, everything was still kind of getting put together. Came a few months later and things still really haven’t changed much. Probably would come back, only if we exhausted our other choices or want to get those fancy drinks.

I visited here for an afternoon treat on a recent trip and was incredibly disappointed after my companion had hyped up the place after trying several on the mainland.
Starting off, the place seemed understaffed slow despite having only 1 other party there. We stated that we would be only be getting dessert, and the hostess chose to seat us at the bar leaving us mostly forgotten about by the waitstaff. It took what felt like ages to get our orders taken, then probably another 30 minutes or so to get the iced coffee (Nutella and Cookies & Cream) we ordered. If it took that long for something that didn’t even require cooking, I can only imagine how long actual food would take.
Regarding the iced coffee itself, it looked nothing like the amazing pictures show on their website and menu. The coffee itself wasn’t all that great, and the only thing saving the orders was the waffle topper on the drink itself.
The place overall had a lot of potential, but was pretty messy or unkept. Multiple lights were out throughout the restaurant including the decorative signs near the entrance. The bar was cluttered. The hostess station was a mess of charging cables. The candy shop inside was devoid of any staff or merchandise as well.
Overall, this business seemed like a case of bad management but with a lot of potential. With that being said, I’m not sure I’d give this place another shot over the many other options at Ala Moana and the surrounding Honolulu area.

Only came to this place because my kids saw it on tiktok and wanted to try it. By far this is the worst restaurant food I’ve ever tasted. The dough on the onion rings were thick and hard and was fried to a point of dark brown. The meat on the buffalo chicken sandwich was tough and dry. Took only 2 bites and didn’t finish it. The hamburger patties were also dry and with no flavors at all. Then the fish and chip was overly fried to a dark brown color again. The fish sticks seems like it came from a packaged frozen bag. Only good part of the food there was their french fries. Our server was wonderful. He was very professional and accommodating. Lastly, there were flies flying around while we were dining. I don’t think this place will be around much longer if it keeps serving food like this.

Looks like we came for their little soft opening. There was a wait for the tables so we decided to get the bar. The atmosphere and vibe was nice. The food took fairly longer as it should. Some item were out. The food had a good taste. The goblet drink was nice and pretty cool. Very elegant pink place to snap some shots. Nice little date night. We didn’t try the milkshakes.

Ate here today, my salad was served with brown leaves sour stayal dressing & old dried spoiled croutons, the chicken tenders tasted like hard rubber fishy taste and the celery was brown. We also ordered the Ricotta & Honey Jar with crostini, it was like they fried corstini in old brown oil, i was upset and paid the bill and did not want to order anything further. The waitress is lucky i gave her an $11 tip considering she ask me if i liked the food and i said no, waitress did not bother to comp or void the bad food that was served to us. We werw seated outside it was hot and not worth time, money or the hunger! This has got to be the worst restaurant on island. Avoid this restaurant no value.

Easily the most overrated and overpriced restaurant I’ve ever been to. The location is supposedly brand new but many of the tables, chairs, and decorations look old and are dirty or falling apart. The advertisements and videos outside and inside the lobby show celebrities having a glamorous experience with their entourage or kids in pristine locations but this place is far beneath that so don’t hold high expectations of the place. Now for the food… in a word it was terrible. Was told the mini burgers with ducky were sold out so we couldn’t get the kids the one thing they saw on the menu that they wanted. We ordered them the cheeseburger and asked for it medium and both ended up coming out almost raw in the middle. I ordered the chicken parmigiana for my wife and I which they said was big enough for two people and while it was very large, the chicken was so hard that it was difficult for me to cut through with the butter knife provided. It was like chewing some overcooked TV dinner out of the microwave. The noodles and pasta sauce were like something they’d serve on the mess line during a deployment in the Navy. The goblet drink was really just a very large fishbowl of lemonade with some bland gummy bears and ring pops in it and for almost $40 you would think they’d let you keep the cheap plastic goblet as a souvenir but alas that is not the case. The logo on the goblet was even faded and flaking off from the countless washes they’ve probably put it through before it made it to our table. Whomever owns these restaurants is making an absolute fortune because the quality of what they have to offer is so poor that they must be making a HUGE profit. We bought the three meals and goblet and gave an 18% tip for mediocre service from our waitress and ended up spending over $125! We’ve eaten better meals at Hard Rock and even Olive Garden for far less. Will never eat here again.
