There is a lady that works there, braces, accent, sweetest lady ever! Great customer service! Besides her the food is usually good never any complaints very reasonable prices. Just speak clearly so they understand exactly what you’re trying to order. Plus they have drive thru you can’t beat that! I’m definitely coming back soon!

On Sunday Oct 26, 2025 I ordered a large catfish all steaks through DoorDash. I paid extra for all steaks but the pieces of fish I received were ridiculously small. I also asked for it to be fried soft but one of the pieces were hard as rubber and I couldn’t even eat it. This is the second time that I had a bad experience with this location. The last time they messed up I left a message for the manager with the order taker and no one even bothered to call me back. I try to patronize local businesses but after this I am done with them. Ordering out on Sunday is a special treat for me in this economy and I’m in a wheelchair. No more!!!

Did not taste like your traditional JJ Fish, food was below average, very oily and breaded fish, also was charged a 0.59 fee, the sign on there window stated if you use a credit card but i used a debit card and was still charged, will not be back, one of the worse JJ Fish i been to in regards to the food. The staff was friendly but the food was not all that good, i had to eat around the grease and breaded coating which left half the food uneaten. Total bill with the fee was $15.17

I’ve been to this restaurant twice before. I only purchased three-piece chicken leg thigh and wing and it was great both times. This last time was absolutely awful, disgusting and a waste of money. I ordered five wings dinner. The wings were so tiny and cooked so hard and dried out, the other order was a large catfish dinner. What five extra hard flavorless pieces of catfish french fries they could have kept. I was so surprised they really missed the mark. I will never return to this location
