We ordered the chicken bacon ranch & carolina bbq.
Would not recommend the carolina bbq at all! idk if it’s the meat or the sauces but it has a very odd flavor.
The cherry limeade was okay, a little sweet. (it has no carbonation). the diet dr pepper had hardly any flavor was more like carbonated ice water.
Like others stated there was a wait probably about 20 minutes. $30+ for 2 combos.
Overall, probably would try firehouse subs again

I have not ever had a bad experience e here. I stop by for a sub about 2-3x a month. The subs have always been made exactly how I order them. Also, the are now offering fries with their hero sauce. They are very good fries… crispy, hot and seasoned perfect!!!

Service would receive 0 stars if possible. This is the only sub shop near me so I’ve tried multiple times. Every. Single. Time. I wait at the speaker to order for at least 5 minutes when there are maybe 3 cars in the parking lot. After waiting to order, i continue to wait 10-15 minutes at the window for the sub to be made and handed over.

Listen, I know that for the most part firehouse subs is usually a little bit slower. At least this location always has been. I’ve never had an issue with my order being wrong. But this time I was literally sitting at the drive-through window for 15 minutes when the lady who took my order, came back and asked me “they still haven’t brought you your food yet?” So obviously, that was confirmation that they had forgotten about me. And this was after I had paid and gotten my drink. Five minutes later, a young man brings out a bag and gives me some chips that I did not order as an apology. I park because I’m starving and when I open my box for a small hook and ladder on wheat, it is literally just meat and cheese. No lettuce, tomato onion, mustard, or mayo. I took my mac & cheese, and I dumped it on the sandwich. I was too hungry to even get out of the car and complain to get it correctly done. But There’s definitely a missed opportunity here to improve on something. There’s some kind of lack of communication between the person taking the order and the person who’s making the order. I paid cash and it was just around $12. So I’m really not gonna even go back in, but I was really looking forward to getting a decent sub with that fresh crunchy, lettuce and sweet deli meat and the tangy mustard. So I was disappointed to see my sad little sandwich.

My wife sat at the speaker for 3 minutes. Drove up to the window, saw a young lady on her phone. When the young lady noticed my wife was there she walked away. Then a guy came by the window to fix himself a drink then also walked away. 4 minutes later she parked the vehicle to go inside. Noticed everybody was just standing on their phones without a care in the world that someone was there waiting to pick up their call in order.

Have given this location multiple chances, but they just suck. It takes a least 20 minutes to get your food even when they are not busy. The staff is never friendly they all act like they hate their jobs. And the food is subpar. If I could leave no stars I would.

Came in during a slow time (9/26/25 at 7:20pm) with no wait in drive thru or the lobby. The woman behind the counter said it would be a 30 minute wait because she was sick and the restaurant was short staffed (there was another employee working alongside the sick employee.) Not only is it pretty gross that employees are making sandwiches while sick, but a 30 minute wait for a sandwich is crazy… I wouldn’t eat here or at any other Firehouse that this franchise owner controls. What a shame.

This establishment is HORRIBLE. Do not recommend anyone to go there! I waited in the drive thru which only had 2 cars for 20 minutes before i got to the window for my mobile order. Quite literally the only thing they got right was my soda. They gave me the wrong chips and messed up my sandwich. Not only that, the quality of the food was horrible. Honestly just a waste of my time and money.
