Got a meatball, it was so soggy. The bread was super thin like it wasn’t proofed enough. Sauce was bland and overall the sandwich was unremarkable. The staff were chill AF tho.

I have frequented this Subway many times! But recently it has gone downhill. The most recent disappointing experience with the Rockfall subway was today! My husband arrived home with my grilled chicken salad and there was no grilled chicken on the salad. after calling the store and talking to the young person that works there They ultimately blamed my husband for not noticing that she did not put the grilled chicken on the salad! Of course there is no manager available on a Sunday so the situation can’t be rectified until tomorrow. With the price of everything going up, customers should get what they pay for! We will not be going to this subway ever again! $10 is entirely too much to pay for a bowl full of vegetables!

3rd time wasn’t a charm!! I have been going here since they opened and until about the past few months I have had excellent service. Lately I have had garlic aoli sauce put on my sandwich instead of ranch. It is disgusting!! The first time I took it back in and got a new one. But this last time and the time before I just threw it out because I was already settled in and didn’t want to go back into town. This time I called and the lady said “well I just got it out and it says ranch” no we will give you a new one, or give a credit for next time, nothing so I am now done with this location! Mrs. Porter, please do better with your help!!

They really seem to be skimping on the meat portions now, especially the tuna. Ordered 50% more on the website for my bowl and somehow got less than the usual amount, talk about a rip off. Edit: ordered a week later, this time a buffalo chicken bowl with double meat and got 0 meat in it. A buffalo salad is interesting to say but yeah, I’m done with this place for good.

People behind counter don’t listen. Barely any meat or toppings. Brown lettuce that had to be removed since I saw it n not the worker. Had to ask repeatedly for extra toppings to get the normal amount. Save yourself the expensive prices and go next door to mcdonalds or arbys. This establishment is only in it for the money, not customer satisfaction.

Excellent service. Friendly and knowledgeable. The three young women handled the rush like pros. They were also very patient with my mother making her choices. You can tell they are a true team and have great leadership. Appreciate the nice experience during our weekend travel.

When we showed up we had the place to ourselves non peak hrs if u enjoy this qauilty.

Was greeted and promptly taken care of.

The sandwich making area was clean and ingredients were fresh. The heavier equipment was a little worn but clean as well.

Employees communicated well and there were little to no errors.

Price was a lil steep 15 and some change for two 6 inch subs is a substantial increase percentage wise from a 5 dollar footlong. A bit high for a couple sandwiches that I would have received twice as much for 2/3 the price last year.

Food was everything u would expect from subway. The sandwiches would have been a perfect representation of their food except my one complaint was the sandwich was rolled too tightly, as a result smashed moderately. The reason I didn’t submit pictures was this experience wasn’t a good representation of the normal appearance of my past orders sandwiches are normally fine in average.

I’ve never had that problem except a couple times since opening years ago,so I excluded it. Since it doesn’t affect taste and the service was good.

First time I have visited this Subway and was dissatisfied. To worried about doing online order..the music was so loud you couldn’t hear what they were asking you, or what I was saying back. Very disappointed this time around.

I have ALWAYS loved when I go into this store, the ladies that all work there are AMAZING and they may or may not already know what I get for lunch every time I come in! Very helpful and keep a clean workplace! I can not say anything negative at all. Keep up the GREAT work ladies!!
