After a long double shift day I decide to order 2 big boxes and cheese curds for my bf and myself. 3 pieces (2 drums and. Thigh) the thigh was not in any of the boxes and I was not even asked if id like a replacement. They gave me 3 OVERCOOKED drums. They also forgot one of the drinks and to as insult to injury the cheese curds weren’t even a full order. I got 4 and were small! Not worth the price. I tried calling 2 times to see if I could get some kind of help but my calls were ignored.

The food was good but it wasn’t hot.

The person taking my order didn’t know what to do because he was knew. Luckily the registers have a screen that the customers can see. I saw him ringing up more then what I was ordering. Finally a manager came over to help.

I asked for butter (biscuit) and they don’t have butter.

The women’s restroom has a slight sewage odor.

I visited the KFC in Waukegan, IL today during lunchtime. I sat at the drive-thru speaker for over 5 minutes without a sound. I eventually pulled up to the window and was ignored for more than another 5 minutes (the employee clearly looked at me sitting there). I then called the restaurant to see if there was a problem, but nobody answered the telephone for two consecutive calls. When an employee finally opened the window, they informed me that the speaker was broken. She did not offer to take my order at the window and said that I would need to come inside. She was very short and seemed upset that I sat there so long. I said that they should put a sign up instead of ignoring people and she said that she would when she finds the time. I really like KFC and wish they focused more on customer service. Rude and incompetent KFC employees that don’t care are such a turn-off and force us to frequent places like Popeyes much more often. So sad. The Gurnee location closed because they had the same issues. Won’t be long before Waukegan closes if they continue to operate this way.

I went to pick up a mobile order for my gf expecting what we ordered. That was not the case here. We ordered 2 Mike’s Hot Honey sandwiches with 2 biscuits with mashed& gravy. They did not have the Mike’s hot honey and didn’t bother saying anything beforehand. I just tried calling to complain and no one is picking up the phone. I would imagine 30 mins before close that someone can hear the phone go off in an empty restaurant. I honestly want a refund but don’t think I’ll be seeing that money anytime soon. I demand compensation for this.

I have been dying to eat barbecue chicken all week long and I couldn’t make it myself because I had been sick. So I placed an order w/Uber Eats for KFC of the 3 piece chicken meal. I’m getting ready to dig in, the order was already messed up they gave me white instead of dark. Then to top it off there was a long piece of hair mixed in with the barbecue sauce when I pulled my wing apart, hissed me the hell out. Tried calling them to tell them no answer…..bad business and they need hair nets

Straight scammers work here! Don’t order any door dash or uber from here!

They take forever to “get the order ready” which was at least 1 hr. Then your driver will get there after they said the order was ready and they will play dumb and say they never got the order or say it was already picked up. Complete waste of time for me and I feel bad for the driver who just wanted to do the job but wasted their time.

And if you work for any of these delivery services don’t do pick up orders from here. All they will do is play in your face.

Great chicken, tasty sides and delicious chocolate cake. Service was slow but not the workers fault. They are short staffed. Plenty of Handicap and regular parking. Careful pulling out of the parking lot, Lewis is a very busy street.

They don’t check the carbonated beverages we received a fizzy brown water. The wedges were burned and the remaining food was cold. It can’t be this hard to put together an order. For the prices at the least your food should be hot and edible.
