Our visit to Mr. Patron,
The first thing we saw was a sign on the door that said loud music, this was very true. IT WAS WAY TOO LOUD for my taste! And definitely not my genre of music! But speaking of taste, the food was AMAZING! It was fresh, the one thing I was hesitant about, was the fact that their prices on their menu were marked out, when I asked why this was the waiter said because they were getting ready to print up new menus. Its very sketchy, to me. (I believe this WHERE THEY GET YOU!) ALTHOUGH THE FOOD IS VERY, VERY GOOD,THE PRICES WERE RIDICULOUS! So make sure you check on those prices before you order anything here.
If you’re looking for an inexpensive mexican restaurant, I DON’T recommend this one. I’M GOING TO REITERATE it’s way expensive.
And for those of you who enjoy blarring music, then maybe this is the restaurant for you. This is NOT a family friendly place. But I do want to reiterate.The food was amazing
I believed if they toned down the music. And lowered their prices, this can be a really amazing restaurant. For anyone.

This buffet is SO good!
There’s such a great variety of authentic Mexican flavors. The chicharrón en salsa verde was incredible, and the menudo was so rich and flavorful I loved it!
Kids only pay $15, which is amazing, and it’s all-you-can-eat

We discovered this buffet through TikTok and we loved it! We’ve been there a few times, and the food is always amazing. They offer plenty of options, and everything tastes delicious. The “conchitas” are delightful, especially for those of us who appreciate good-quality bread. And they have the best “café de olla” I’ve tried in Denver.
The service is excellent, from the servers to the manager. Ariana is so kind, friendly, and respectful. The music is great, and I really enjoy the atmosphere.
The only negative experience I had was with the lady who serves the bread, who was rude and dismissive. I simply asked whether they would have conchitas in different flavors, and she replied “No” in an arrogant way. I wasn’t demanding or complaining, just asking, so I was expecting a kinder response.
Aside from that, I love MR Patron Mexican Restaurant.

We last minute decided to come here to celebrate my little brother’s 10th birthday. All he wanted was some tacos and boy did this place deliver! They were able to accommodate us (group of 7) in between serving two very large parties and did not hesitate to squeeze us in. With the amount of people they were serving service time was very reasonable and the staff were so friendly! At the end of the night the restaurant even gifted my baby brother a piggy bank. Best night ever.

Stopped in early in the day and was pleasantly surprised. Prices are definitely on the higher side, but the food quality made up for it. I’m originally from California, and this is the closest we’ve gotten to real, flavorful Mexican food in Denver—honestly, in all of Colorado. Definitely worth checking out if you’ve been missing that authentic Mexican food.

Upbeat and modern. Geo the bartender was amazing and the drinks strong. We saw an add on Instagram through Denver foodie. We decided to swing by. I am glad we did. The oysters were extremely good. Bei g from Maryland I am pretty picky. They made them in a way I had not experienced. Amazing. We will definitely go back for dinner next time. The food looked for dinner and looked smelled amazing.

I really wanted to like this place, but it was a huge letdown. The food was bland and tasted like it had been sitting out way too long. Steak fries had about 3 pieces of steak on them. On top of that, the service was painfully slow even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. We waited forever just to get drinks, and our server barely checked on us.
The prices definitely didn’t match the quality either, way too expensive for food that felt rushed and careless. The atmosphere wasn’t great either; it was loud, messy, and the tables didn’t look very clean.
Overall, really disappointing experience. There are way better Mexican spots out there. I wouldn’t come back.

It was very hot when I went. Felt like I almost passed out. The music was really loud. I can say our waitress was good and the food was pretty decent! We enjoyed until we saw two baby mice running around the restaurant. Sucks because this place would be really cool if the music wasn’t so loud, and obviously no mice.
