Locally owned. Food tastes amazing, macros perfectly work with my fitness needs, they can be very flexible, and they’re prices are unbeatable. They’re willing to work with your fitness coach as well to meet the macros. I’m never meal prepping again; these guys are far cheaper, better tasting, and less work than my meal prepping.

I was a bit tired of coming up with nutritious menus for the week so decided to try a few days worth of healthy meals from Power Healthy. Their menus looked good and they deliver. So far, I’ve really enjoyed the food. It’s clean, healthy, and tasty. I would recommend them for busy people trying to stay fit. I’ve had the chicken lettuce cups and two chick pea salads (like it so much I ate both after surfing!). Can’t wait to try the salmon tomorrow!

Power Healthy Meals, hands down, was and still is my savior regarding healthy eating! I’ve lost over 60lbs, and much of that credit goes to this company! I struggled with finding a meal prep company on Oahu that was affordable, offered various options, and was delicious! I never get bored with their weekly changing menu and custom meals if needed. That was key for sticking to my macros. They also have conveniently placed locations to pick up your meals (if you don’t opt for delivery).
