Every single item in our order missing things. Smoked ham with 6 toppings has ham only, nothing else. One spoonful of Mac and cheese. I managed to catch that when I picked it up, their response was that that’s all they had ready. Maybe take it off the order and tell me about it when I pick it up?
This isn’t the first time our pickup order was wrong or missing things, but today really takes the cake. Will not be going back.

I knew the minute I walked into the door at the Potbelly on Dundee and Skokie blvd that there were new owners. For one thing, I was greeted nicely by the employees. That had never happened. It’s convenient but I usually avoid it because my order is always wrong and the employees were always sulky.
Confirmed new ownership. Employees are happy.
If you’re like me, give them another try now.

The person at the register was beyond rude to my sister, mom, and I right off the bat. So much so that we turned around and walked out because the disrespect when asking a simple question was above anything I’ve ever experienced.

my friend got the powerhouse salad; I got the Wreck, the seasonal cinnamon churro shake, and an oreo shake. everything was AMAZING!! friend said the salad was soooooo much better than he had expected, another friend tried the oreo shake for the first time and said that it was one of the best shakes he’s ever had, and my wreck and cinnamon churro shake were divine. servers were also super nice, friendly, and helpful.

I order a chicken salad salad and I get everything but the chicken salad. Time for a new manager. When a baseball team is a bust you fire the manager. I ordered online and I get soft grape tomatoes with some lettuce.

Usually they have great service, however today my topping requests were completely ignored. I did an in person order and told them my toppings twice, but got a pizza melt with nothing but the standard meat, cheese, sauce and mushrooms. I noticed before I left and stood by the register for several minutes but was ignored and needed to get back to work. Very disappointing sandwich without hot peppers.

Me and a friend brought 2 cans of beans all around Chicago taking pictures with everyone we could find. Went in for dinner and they were all happy to take picture with our beans, that’s a 10/10 experience.

Went in for a milkshake and their freezer was broken so they offered us a free cookie. A very nice gesture.

Child high chairs look like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Store associate also said that trays are no longer available for carrying food to a table. Would have been very helpful to have one on this visit.
