Our meal was fabulous and spot on, service was awesome and I want to go back. You can see from the photos why…
Before we came to the restaurant, we were deciding where to go out to eat, and also considered going to Longhorn. Two in our family have food allergies and Outback addressed our concerns so much better than Longhorn! We called ahead and spoke with the manager Luis Garcia, and he is the reason we chose to come to Outback. He let us know how they can accommodate our food allergies so that we can safely eat here, and his attitude was welcoming. Before and during our dining, he oversaw our order and checked on us repeatedly, even though the restaurant was busy, again making us feel welcome and valued. Great service overall.
Even the young female hostess was great. So often nowadays, the host/hostess in restaurants barely look at you and seem like they don’t care. But this hostess greeted us with a smile, and she made eye contact, was friendly, and let us have a booth per our request (with a patient and nice attitude) when she was taking us to a table. She was the first pleasant encounter when we arrived at the restaurant.
It’s rare to find service that feels both efficient and warm, but Maria delivered exactly that. She truly elevated our dining experience and represents Outback at the highest level. We will definitely be asking for her again next time. Thank you, Maria, for such excellent service!
The high quality of the food was matched by the service. Our server, Ciara, was professional, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. She did a wonderful job ensuring our experience was seamless. We’ll definitely be back!
From the beginning, the food was served far too closely together, which made the meal feel rushed and disorganized instead of relaxed and enjoyable.
We ordered the sampler appetizer, and it was absolutely not worth the money. The fries were cold, the cheese wasn’t melted, and it honestly felt like the plate had been sitting out for a while before being served. Definitely not what you expect from an appetizer meant to showcase the kitchen.
For the entrées, my wife ordered the ribeye, which was surprisingly good and ended up being the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, my prime rib was the complete opposite. Despite ordering it medium rare, it came out extremely chewy and tough, making it very disappointing.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the hefty bill nearly $170 for food that was, at best, mediocre. At that price point, you expect quality and consistency, not cold appetizers and poorly prepared entrées.
While I do want to acknowledge that the staff was great friendly, attentive, and clearly trying their best the quality of the food ultimately ruined the experience. Good service alone can’t make up for disappointing food.
Overall, this dinner was a letdown, and I would not come back, even though the staff was great. The food simply wasn’t worth the price.
